I have to say that we are extremely pleased with how our bathroom turned out and how beautiful it looks. Santos and his team were extremely professional and accommodated all of our requests. They showed up on time every day for the duration of the remodel, and they provided high quality service. The company is affordable and Santos worked within our budget without charging any hidden fees. "I admit I haven't used this service yet.  That said, I was impressed enough with the estimate to give them a positive review.  I sought an estimate on relatively minor work -the person who did the estimate actually suggested that I not use the service because the work wouldn't warrant the minimum charge ($600).  He was surprisingly, refreshingly honest & aimed to be helpful.  In a town where it seems the vast majority of service providers are crooks, this caught me by surprise.
They are going to give me another estimate on replacing kitchen countertops with granite (something they are very enthusiastic & knowledgeable about doing (& again, not trying to sell me for as much as they can-he made a point of saying the counters are a priority but the cabinets are actually in pretty good shape).  I find these services from other Angies list members & then I rate the ones I like well-so I may just be preaching to the choir.. I hope this is helpful nonetheless.

"Sidney and his crew were amazing. We had a lot to have done…remove the wall paneling and replace with drywall after putting in new insulation, remove an old non-working AC unit that was in the wall, remove the popcorn ceiling, replace the French doors with sliding glass doors and paint but the biggest dilema was our fireplace. It was a large corner fireplace that had “wings” which took up a large part of the room. We wanted to remove the wings and make it just a corner fireplace. They found a way to make it look nice and we are so pleased with the results. Sidney originally gave a 2-3 week timeframe to finish the room but his crew of three came every day for eight hours and had everything done in less than nine days! We are so happy with the results! I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!"

"We are now able to enjoy our old master bathroom every day thanks to Top Remodeling. Ben and Dave proposed that we expand the bathroom by reclaiming space from a sitting area that we rarely used. They took care of the plumbing, tile, and framing. The completed area features a freestanding tub, a walk-in shower, and a handmade vanity built from reclaimed wood. Additionally, they installed heated flooring, which were well worth the investment. Their attention to detail, such as neat tile lines and expertly executed installations, was what we found most admirable. They made the procedure easy for us, even though it was a major job.
