"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. They are a great company with lots of depth. They exceeded my expectations in every area."

They were a pleasure to work with and coordinated all the projects so that we always had at least one working bathroom and shower while they were remodeling. "Wonderful. Honorable. My toilet was leaking and I needed the flange repaired/replaced. I was quoted a price that was lower than a another company but still high, I thought. When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. They could have held me to the quote but actually only charged a little over 1/2 the original quote. I was really pleased. As a woman it is hard to find contractors you can trust. The fact that this company and his men did an honorable act has won me over and they are now my go to plumbers. Yes. They fixed the issue very well. Oh and get this... They showed up on time. Winning....."

"We have used LFC for several jobs. Tony, the owner, is really lovely, excellent with communication, and very honest about what they can and cannot do--to include realizing as he began a project that we needed some additional inspections to address some issues before we papered over them, something that cost him money but saved us a lot. That takes integrity. The quality of the repairs themselves have varied. They did a lot of drywall and post-plumbing-flood repairs that made the dining room truly look like nothing ever happened. They also did a fantastic job replacing one of our back doors to make it airtight. However, the painting took several tries to get right, and the second door still has a gap in the lower right hand side that lets air in. We have an old house that was cosmetically re-done before we bought it but never truly renovated, and whoever did the refurbishments did a shoddy job, so LFC certainly has had its work cut out for them. I do really appreciate how responsive and kind Tony is, and everyone who comes out to do repairs is very friendly. That is a rare quality in home services these days."

"I admit I haven't used this service yet.  That said, I was impressed enough with the estimate to give them a positive review.  I sought an estimate on relatively minor work -the person who did the estimate actually suggested that I not use the service because the work wouldn't warrant the minimum charge ($600).  He was surprisingly, refreshingly honest & aimed to be helpful.  In a town where it seems the vast majority of service providers are crooks, this caught me by surprise.
They are going to give me another estimate on replacing kitchen countertops with granite (something they are very enthusiastic & knowledgeable about doing (& again, not trying to sell me for as much as they can-he made a point of saying the counters are a priority but the cabinets are actually in pretty good shape).  I find these services from other Angies list members & then I rate the ones I like well-so I may just be preaching to the choir.. I hope this is helpful nonetheless.

"Fully remodeled 3bed 1 bath home into 3bed 1 and 1/2 bath. New roof, new HVAC unit. New kitchen and added a half bathroom to the main level. Also converted the basement into a 1bed, 1bath, full size w/d, kitchen etc. The remodel was a success. I am pleased with the outcome. Elite home is reliable, fair, and did great job on my renovation. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for my next project."
