The work performed was not trivial but done quickly and very well. The 1940s bathroom was all original. Hector and Vinny were great to work with. I would recommend them and Porcelain Tub to anyone considering doing this work. I have no prior experience in costing this work, but thought the price was good.

Good experience with this company. Estimator came out in a timely manner. Work was done when scheduled. All work was done as explained and expected. The unit looks great, although we have not used it yet, as this was the first step in a full bathroom remodel. This company was great to work with and we would recommend them to others interested in this type of refinishing.

It was excellent with them, they did an excellent job. I would have them come back if I had another job to do. I would refer them to neighbors and friends. They provided an estimate, offered suggestions, answered questions, were professional and cleaned up afterwards. I do not have anyone to compare the price to.

Fantastic! It looks better than new. Very professional, from the estimate to the technician to the results. The rest of the room had just been renovated - new tile shower walls and floor, vanity, the works. He carefully masked it all and ventilated the interior bathroom. We found a couple small imperfections, and with one quick call a re-visit was booked and those areas redone. I still can't believe how great it looks.

Worker was prompt. He took great care to cover all surfaces and to vent the smell out of the condo. The only reason I gave a B was because on one side of the tub there were runs where the tub has a wave design n the outside. It's an old plain tub. Since I'm in. Hurry to wrap up this project and because the toilet once installed, you won't be able to see it at any angle. They were really accommodating and I am sure they did have offered to come back and fix it. I just didn't have time. Neighbor even hired them. They sent me a thank you card with a gift card in it. I will probably hire them to enamel my blue tub too.

Technician got there timely, worked through the day doing everything listed above and finished glazing around 6:30 pm. Unfortunately, tub had a few paint runs. He had to come back a week later to sand the runs and reglaze. Tub turned out fine. I believe the job was too much for 1 person to do in 1 day. Glazing a tub requires a lot of patience and concentration which is hard to do after 10 hours of work.

I am very pleased with the repair done to our shower by Porcelain Tub Restorations. We were shocked when our shower pan developed a crack in June. The crack was almost 5 inches long, and a huge disappointment because the shower was only 6 years old. We had a lot of custom tile work surrounding the shower, so replacing it would have messed up some beautiful work and been too costly. My husband researched the issue online and attempted a repair with a Surface Repair brand fiberglass repair paste kit. It took him several hours of prep to do two applications, and the fumes were awful. His repair lasted a couple of weeks before an edge began to lift. We then called Porcelain Tub Restorations; they came out to do a free estimate. They said the work would be $330 and would take about 2 hours. Initially I thought this was a little high, but we scheduled the work and they came out promptly. The repair work done by Porcelain Tub Restorations turned out to be much more comprehensive than I realized. In addition to the crack, they tested the entire shower pan for gaps in support and drilled 3 holes to inject foam under the pan to stabilize it. The fiberglass patch they used to cover the crack was substantive and took time to blend the edges and match the color. Once again the fumes were awful, but the repairman wore a mask and we ventilated the area well. It took over 3 hours to complete the job. The shower pan looks good and seems much improved. Only time will tell if the patch will hold long-term, but after working with the company and interacting with several of their personnel, I have faith they will stand behind their work. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Porcelain Tub Restorations.

They are professional, punctual, and do a great job. This is the third time we've used them and they are very consistent. This time they forgot to provide a rough surface on the floor of the tub and when we asked about it they immediately scheduled another time to come finish the job. We're finishing up a major renovation of a house we just purchased and some of our other contractors are asking us for payment before the service is even close to completion; this organization doesn't mention the bill until you request it which is a pleasant way of doing business.
