Had a leaky shingle roof when we purchased the home in 2020 and wouldâ ve liked to got the 5-10 years out of it that the sellerâ s inspection certificate claimed but time and weather werenâ t cooperating so we had to replace it. Charlie gave us a competitive bid, but even though he was slightly higher than the other bids, we liked his responsiveness to questions and willingness to talk everything over. We felt comfortable going forward with him and are glad we did.
