Best Landscaping did a phenomenal job with the design, planning, and installation of our patio, as well as a drainage system to stop flooding in our backyard. The contractors always showed up on time, and left the job site clean at the end of the day. From the start of the project, everything went very smoothly. I was given a very competitive estimate, and the company was always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The owner, Abel, was wonderful. He called and checked in often with the builders, and made sure things were going smoothly. When it turned out that we were going to have to make some additional changes, the change in pricing was very fair. When some materials were unavailable due to Covid, Abel worked hard to make sure we were happy with the substitutions. Since the french drain installation, we have had no problems with runoff and flooding. Can't say enough positive things about Best Lansdcaping - 5 star high quality construction and 5 star communication and customer service!"

"I hired Baumann's Lawn and Landscape to fix my front lawn. The soil was mostly clay and sand and covered in weeds. They killed and removed all the vegetation, tilled the soil, brought in new topsoil, conditioned/fertilized, and then laid sod. The crew was fast, efficient, polite, and did an amazing job (hopefully this site allows me to upload photos after writing this). The work was done in 3 separate days and took less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call to the finished installation. The price is what you would expect for this level of work and that much sod (sod is not cheap). They're not over-priced but it's not Bob's discount landscaping either. You'll get your money's worth for your project. Baumann's will be my #1 choice for future landscape projects."

"Working with Arthur and the Ballard Enterprises team was a great experience. They did an amazing job with the landscaping, cleanup, and retaining wall. I nearly cried because I haven't seen the outside of my home look decent in so long. :-) The brick for the retaining wall is beautiful and it seems to "brighten" the home. Ballard also did cleanup in my back area and WOW! It looks great and no more walking through tall weeds and mint to get to my deck. I appreciate Arthur teaching me about hostas. I'm not a gardener and know very little about plants and had no idea that was in my yard. And I thought this would take a couple of days but they completed everything in one day. Also I appreciated the quick scheduling of the project and I'm sure my neighbors appreciated it too. :-) Would highly recommend Ballard and have already received many compliments about the work done. Rain delayed the start of the project a couple of times, but still finished on time.  The team showed up on time daily and worked like crazy all day long.  Finished product looks great.  My yard was pretty torn up from the extensive use of small heavy equipment and for the most part it looks good now.  Just a few minor touches could have made this a perfect experience. All in all I would use them again though.

"Mark did an outstanding job on our front and back yard. Due to COVID-19, we changed our wedding plans and decided to get some landscaping done in order to have a small backyard wedding. Initially, our yard was overrun with weeds and dead trees with deep roots. Mark sketched us a design that included all plant options, met with us to discuss the plan, and was very honest with timing and fair with pricing. In a matter of 6 weeks, Mark transformed our yard into the Garden of Eden! He was patient and insightful and had excellent suggestions for planting and placement. He worked efficiently and kept us in the loop at every turn. He incorporated our ideas beautifully and also added nice touches throughout the yard. Mark also designed and built a small pond with a waterfall that quickly became the highlight of the backyard. We chose to get married right next to the pond and all of our virtual guests were in awe. He gave us a great tutorial on how to maintain the pond, plants, and when to expect them to bloom. He even came back a few weeks after the job was completed to answer questions and give additional maintenance tips. Mark has quickly turned into a friend and thanks to his talent and creativity, we are now the talk of the neighborhood. He is a very hard worker. Even in this latest heat wave (90+ degrees), he spent 8 hours each weekday in our yard. Mark is always responsive to texts and calls and we highly recommend him for all of your landscaping and lighting needs."
