They replaced a toilet, as sink and rehabilitated a tub etc. The were always on time. Their price was fair. It’s a father, mother and son working together. Great plumbers, nice people. We would recommend them highly.

Brookland helped us with an unexpected set of issues in an old laundry room. They were on time, straightforward, and reasonably priced, and they did quality work.

The team arrived on time and proceeded to remove and install the new water heater within a couple hours. They were courteous, competent, informative, and accommodating. It was as smooth an operation that I could for. Before departing, the guys even moved the old water heater to my back driveway for pickup by a small recycling operator. I saved money by having the new water heater delivered by Home Depot and I researched and bought the companion expansion tank at Home Depot. On top of the $650 standard service price, I paid about $79 for other supplies and parts.)

Brookland plumbing performed a variety of projects. They found the source of a leak from our first floor bathroom to the basement bathroom. They replaced the old toilet and solved the problem. The team also did extensive work to replace old corroded galvanized pipes with copper pipes. In addition we had our old sink and bath fixtures replaced. Brookland plumbing crew were diligent, professional and we are very happy with the work.

Setting up the appointment was an indication that working with Brookland Plumbing was going to be a good expereince. Eileen was very friendly and helpful by making sure that I understood the costs and even given me advice that would save me money. I sent pictures of my old water heater and the closet that held it. I opted to have Brrokland Plumbing purchase the water heater and bring it to the houseRaciel and his assistant showed up on time on the day of the appointment. They took a look at the the water heater and knew what to do and were confident that it would be a straight forward job. Within 2 and 1/2 hours, the job was complete. Raciel went over the total cost with a line item identification. He explained that that any part that should fail would be covered by the warranty. He explained the the Water Heater was set to the installation standards and he and his assistant were off. Working with Brookside Plumbing is like working with family.

Very well. The cost was $175.00 per hour. They did not need an hour to fix the toilet. So, they used the time to address my other minor plumbing needs. I was very pleased. I have used them twice. The second time was for a gas leak repair involving the water heater. They do not clean drains.

They were professional and did the work they said they would do and did it well. They did it efficiently.

It was about $180, that didn’t include the toilet, that was just the labor. I would highly recommend them to anybody, they’re amazing. I have used them several times. I think I originally found them on Angie’s List. I used them for 4 or 5 years now. They were knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, easy to deal with, easy to schedule. When a problem arose, they would just bring tremendous good will. It’s just weird to work with a company that takes their customer service personally. They go out of their way to help you. It’s a small family owned company and they’re amazing. It’s hard to find that anymore. They’re honest, sincere. They’re work is good. I have used them for several things and the one time I had an issue they were on it immediately. They take full responsibility. I wish everybody was like them. The communication was excellent. What they tell you it’s going to cost, it cost. If there is any deviation they’ll let you know a head of time. There are no surprises. There is nothing they need to do better, just stay in business.

Really professional and fair plumber, they took time to explain things, tried to save me from paying for unnecessary services, I deeply appreciated their honesty and ethics, would use them again in a heartbeat.

Experience was pleasant from first discussion with scheduler through completion of the job. Work was done promptly and professionally. It was a pleasure to use a small family business that provided excellent customer service. Looks like I've found my plumber for the future.

Very well. Brookland was very quick in responding to all my communications. They clearly specified the characteristics of the replacement garbage disposal I needed, so I was sure of getting the right item. They coordinated very efficiently with my tenant, who had to be present when the plumber came. And the installation was done perfectly.

We really like them, we have used them before, they are reasonably priced, they are amazing. It has always been the same person, i think it is a husband and wife team. They are amazing. They put on the little foot things so they would not rack things into the house. It was great, we are very picky about that.

They provided a conservative quote with the best hourly rate of numerous companies contacted. They completed the work in less time than expected, and so the total cost was also less than expected. They arrived on time, the work was well executed, and they left everything neat and tidy. I will use them again in the future, and would recommend Brookland Plumbing for any plumbing repairs.

Great. They were in and out before I even got home. They helped me figure out what parts I needed so i could have them ready before they came.

It was a great experience. From contacting them to making the appointment and doing the repairs. They were able to diagnose the problem from the pictures I sent them. They called me and told me what parts I needed to order. They suggested a parts vendor to help me if I had problems ordering them directly from the manufacturer. The showed up on time and performed the work with care and professionalism. They answered any questions I had. They charge by the hour so they asked me if I had anything else to take care of since they had finished early. Overall, a great experience. I would hire them again for sure!

Great customer service from when I first called to explain my issue through to the actual appointment when they repaired my shower faucet. Really knowledgeable. As a new homeowner, really appreciated the time to explain to me the issue and how and what part I needed to order. I live in the co-op building and they were familiar with building policies which was helpful. My contractor originally installed the shower faucet but once I noticed this issue I was really hesitant to call him to come back to fix it. Bookland Plumbing arrived on time and was able to fix my shower. Before I booked the appointment they shared this would be a quick fix so if I had other plumbing issues that I would like them to inspect while they were at my apartment they would also fix them as well since I needed to book for at least an hour. I didn't have anything else for them to work on but they will be my go for any future plumbing needs!
