I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. They are a great company with lots of depth. They exceeded my expectations in every area."

"I admit I haven't used this service yet.  That said, I was impressed enough with the estimate to give them a positive review.  I sought an estimate on relatively minor work -the person who did the estimate actually suggested that I not use the service because the work wouldn't warrant the minimum charge ($600).  He was surprisingly, refreshingly honest & aimed to be helpful.  In a town where it seems the vast majority of service providers are crooks, this caught me by surprise.
They are going to give me another estimate on replacing kitchen countertops with granite (something they are very enthusiastic & knowledgeable about doing (& again, not trying to sell me for as much as they can-he made a point of saying the counters are a priority but the cabinets are actually in pretty good shape).  I find these services from other Angies list members & then I rate the ones I like well-so I may just be preaching to the choir..
