"Service was great. I hired Ballard to do a rather major trim-back of trees and get rid of some large fallen limbs from previous storms. They showed up, discussed the job, went to work and had the job done in a few hours. Clean up was superb. Could not be happier. Thanks guys."

"Only service done well was flower bed edging...I had to show the worker how to plant a shrub and I had to provide the supplemental soil, luckily, before he got the shrub in the ground. Unfortunately, crew does not clean up well and leaves unused soil. As far at the tree removal, that went ok until I noticed they were going to leave the stump, after I explicitly asked that it be removed, too. Job was then completed, but crew did not remove wood chips and pieces of stump, which I had to do before lawn could be cut. Language was a big problem and one could only be understood by the boss - very irritating. Very professional at the outset, but the quality of the work precludes any followup."

"We hired them in the summer and in the winter because of the dead tree they missed the first time. They did a good job of getting the dead trees and limbs out, but they trampled multiple small plants that we had just planted and put their equipment on top of our delicate shrubs, even though we asked them not to. They moved our stones and put them on top of our newly planted herbs, destroying part of the herbs. They did replace one plant after I complained."

The crew showed up on the scheduled day and efficiently collected all the leaves and transferred them into their vehicle. Outstanding job. "The work done was outstanding!  Ed and his crew performed all the work specified.  The tree stump and roots proved very challenging as the roots had grown all through the yard, under the sidewalk and into the neighbors' yards.  They successfully removed the stump and roots and were able to install the boxes on both sides of my walk.  I believe they went "above and beyond" to complete the work and produced excellent results.  I am very pleased with the look of my front yard and have received compliments from many neighbors.  I highly recommend this company!"

"JMC Tree Service did a thorough, professional job taking down a challenging tree. Communication was excellent, crew worked as a tight team; this was a very large oak, it had a trunk of over 54" in diameter and overhung both my neighbors and my house, along with the homes power lines - truly a lot of challenges. The price included taking the tree down, hauling the trunk, cutting the branches to length that would fit in my free standing fireplace, and grinding the stump - all for significantly less than other estimates received - more in line with the cost I was expecting. Would definitely recommend and use in the future."
