"Exceptional service! Administration, Supervisor/Estimator and Arborists are all extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Each of the 5-man onsite crew (3 climbers, 2 ground) is skilled and professional but together they formed a spectacular team. They coordinated cutting/removing trees that were entwined with electrical and communications cables in a confined space with breathtaking efficiency. The work was started on-time, property was protected and effective clean-up was integrated into the process. Unfortunately, these trees needed to be removed due to safety concerns but would also call them for other services. I believe that this experienced company excels in everything they do and I highly recommend Arbor Care!"

One worker climbed the tree and carefully took off branches and then dropped the tree into the woods. Then they went to work on another tree that had branches reaching out toward our house. "Carlos came prepared to work on the initial estimate visit to my home. Within 3 hours at my home the tree was removed and the sizable stump was grinded up. He was prompt with taking away the brush and cleaning up behind himself. I would strongly recommend him."

"Rick Baumann came to our house and walked the property with us, taking notes and photos and giving us his recommendations for what things to take out and what would thrive if it was pruned or cut back. He sent us a detailed estimate and a day-rate, telling us that if we found more things we wanted done, his guys would do their best to accommodate. On the day of the job, Rick arrived on time with his crew, (including all the equipment and a chipper truck), reviewed the gameplan with us and them and marked all of the trees and bushes to remove. Then he left his crew in charge of the job, but checked in with us during the day to make sure things were going well.
His crew worked efficiently and HARD, and they all were very knowledgeable about the trees and plants they were working with. When they removed bushes and cut trees back, they ground out the stumps and cleaned out the debris beautifully. They removed years worth of accumulated leaves and junk, and even hauled away a section of the wood fence that was rotting. Over the course of the day, we added some things to the work list and the guys took care of them. They also made suggestions, like raising up a japanese maple that wasn't on the list. We also asked them to turn the soil in the newly-open spaces to we could plant flowers and rose bushes. When everything was cleared out, we discovered three hydrangea bushes and a rose bush we didn't even know existed! They relocated them to a better spot, so they can thrive.
Now our yard looks like a park instead of a jungle! We would highly recommend Rick Baumann and his team -- and have passed his name on to several of our neighbors who commented on how great the property looks. Rick listened to our needs, made excellent recommendations, and exceeded our expectations.
