"After an initial hiccup, the service went well. We purchased the Angies List Deal for hauling 4 cubic yards of junk. I did not advise of the full extent of what needed to be hauled. So, when they arrived with just a pick-up, they needed to take stock of what was there and come back another day with a larger truck. "I contacted Mark's Lawn and Landscape in late March 2018 about installing a paver foundation ( 12 by 16) for a shed. I made an appointment for early morning and Mark was right on time traveling from Halethorpe to Laurel. Note that the four other firms I called said that for such a small job there was no need for a site inspection prior to the work starting. Mark quickly gave me an estimate and a time frame for when he could complete the work. For the rest of the day my thought was that maybe I could find a contractor who might do the work for somewhat less money. About three days later Mark's proposal came and the cost to do the work was exactly what he quoted and I knew then that I would give him the job. When Mark and his crew came to do the work he recommended a different location for the foundation than mine and I was pleased after taking his recommendation. Mark's crew did an excellent job installing a perfectly level foundation in a day's time and grading the area around the foundation. I asked Mark to inspect the job after completion and he said he would certainly do this. Yes, this was a small job but I was so pleased with Mark's attentiveness to my needs and requests."
