Titan Tree Care's Emergency Service saved my Thanksgiving! - At 11 am, 23 NOV 21, my neighbor's 120' 30" diameter red oak shattered (corkscrew break) and fell towards my house destroying a 22" diameter red oak (shattered) and uprooting a 90' 20" diameter white oak. High winds were forecast for Wednesday, 24 NOV 21 - limited time to act. The sounds & popping of the break and constant shifting gave me great alarm....I called & emailed Titan Tree Care in a panic for help! Adam & Samantha answered immediately. Adam arrived on-scene within an hour. Assessing potential harm to the house and surrounding trees from the uprooted tree (all three trees were labeled "widow-makers"), Adam gathered a 10 man team by 2 pm with vital equipment (a bobcat & blocks w/pulleys) to safely drop all trees to the ground. Responding with a sense of urgency the team placed rubber mats on my grass to move the bobcat to the work area, eliminating damage to my tall fescue yard. Promptly assessing the greatest threats, Team Walmen methodically dropped each tree focusing on tension points and clear drop points using felling cuts. Team Walmen masterfully manipulated four ropes to ground the uprooted oak wedged into the tops of four other white oaks within 10' of the house. First time I've seen a butt cut with the tree controlled by ropes and walked back parallel to the ground and safely cut - no crane needed - all worked by ropes, pulleys & chainsaws! - Cleanup was exceptional!

Very proficient team that did the work, with excellent results. The photos with the proposal showing agreed upon pruning reassured us we would get the results we wanted. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful project manager.

From the initial quote and throughout the entire process they were in communication with me the whole time. I would recommend their services and use them in the future.

Wanted to take down tree and grind stump in Old Town Alex. Tight quarters. Received quotes from various companies, with a $1500.00 spread between them. Not all could grind stump. Adam/Titan provided the most competitive quote ("I just charge you for how much it takes to do the job"). Guys arrived on time, promptly and professionally did the job. TOTALLY cleaned up afterwards, including neighbors yard and street. Definitely recommend.

Adam came on reviewed the total job and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented. One crew came and removed a large Crape Myrtle and finished the job in a short time and cleaned up all the debris. After this crew was finished, the crew with the stump remover began to work. They also did a great job and left the area in good shape. Great representatives of Titan Tree Company!

From the very first phone call, the process was very positive. Adam came out to do the estimate. He also showed up with the crew that did the work and went over everything with them that should be done. The tree crew was wonderful. Jonathan made sure we understood each step of the process. We had a very very large red oak that had died, in the back yard. The main gentleman doing the cutting, went up the tree as if he was walking up steps. It was truly amazing to watch. The crew on the ground knew exactly what to do and when. They truly worked very well together. They also trimmed back and cleaned out some silver maples that had branches growing over the house, as well as the street. Everything was done with precision. Each branch and section of the trunk was brought down by rope, so no harm was done to house or any of our fencing. I will not hesitate to call them again if we ever need tree work done. I could not recommend them enough!!!

Tom Miles was very pleasant to work with, and his crew did an excellent job under his guidance. I got my view to the river back ð !!! I am very pleased with the work done.

Titan was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Adam, the arborist, was also very thoughtful he identified a safety concern that required urgent attention, and he notified me by phone immediately then went to work scheduling it ASAP. My family is grateful that he cared enough to handle it this way.

The team went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their work with trimming, shaping, and removing dead wood from a large tree in the front of my house. Quick, professional, very careful.

Titan Tree Care was professional, responsive and completed the job just as described. It was a large job of trimming and removing bamboo and other trees in the yard, the team completed it in just one day and the yard looks amazing!

They were so professional, from their initial contact person and scheduler, Carrie, to the arborist, Adam, who gave me the estimate and then the professionals who performed the work. They were quick to contact me after I submitted my request, they were able to do a visit and provide an estimate very quickly and with all the detail I needed, they were prompt in getting to the job and took time to answer all my questions, and cleaned up my yard beautifully. They also accept credit cards and you can pay online. Highly recommended.

Very good evaluation of the project made by their arborist Adam. Out of the three companies that gave me estimates I chose them because of the knowledge and the professionalism shown at the time of the evaluation. There was an opportunity with scheduling the work and the call back from their office, but Adam got involved and the project was completed within an acceptable time frame.

Slight misunderstanding in the job scope and the quote, but Adam contacted me regarding it and we came to an acceptable compromise. Work done was great, zero complaints.
