"Sydney and the rest of the crew were great to work with and did a great job. We had custom shelving installed in two closets with bifold doors installed on one of them. Other closet companies said they couldn’t do the closets exactly like we wanted and also said they wouldn’t put on a door. Sydney was 100% on board with our vision. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted.
