I liked that you get a live person to answer the phone when you call. Everyone was very polite. They did exactly what they said they would do to call and verify the time and appointment. I would recommend that someone look at the automatic email they send out after services have been done. If you finance with a bank this email does not apply to you, so I highly recommend you look at this, but other than that I had a good experience with the company. Bill was a wonderful salesperson, very easygoing, and explained everything well.

They were great. Can in, did the job and cleaned up. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars was when we originally signed the contract we were told it would be done by the end of 2023. But they couldn't fit us in until Jan 2024. And honestly, I wasn't even really put out about that. It looks good and I am overall happy with the service and quality.

The Home Doctor has completed several projects from an entire new bay window installation with roofing, several sliding glass doors, and some floor work. Iâ m also in the process of ordering several new windows with them. Every job has been so nicely done - the work looks good and feels solid. All team members (including the owner) are very professional and courteous, super easy to work with. The technicians were very professional. They protected my carpet, hardwood floors and tile by laying downprotective plastic coverings from my foyer, throught my lilving room, up the stairs to the to the bathroom with the attic access panel. Once the job was completed, the technicians swept up the loose insulation that was on my upstairs hallway. Outstanding job of removing the plastic covering and ensuring they left my home as clean as they found it. Extremely pleased with the installer technicians.

Home Doctor was persistent in following up with me for well over a year, but not pushy. The price was good, and they just finished a very nice job last week. Their crew was polite, explained what they were doing, cleaned up well, and generally did a great job. I would recommend Home Doctor for someone for quality and value if they need a new roof.

Very positive experience. They replaced 7 windows in a 110-year-old Washington DC townhouse for me, so it wasn't a big project, but they worked hard to get the business and then finished the job ahead of schedule at what seemed like a fair price. When I was much younger, my father instilled in me an idea that the late President Truman once said: â The buck stops here.â I think Quintas McCorkleâ s father instilled that in him too. My husband and I had a new roof put on our home on May 17, 2022. It was the first time in either of our lives that we were not experienced in something, and it was a little nerve-wracking. It is a serious undertakingâ putting a new roof on oneâ s house. Quintas assured us that there was nothing to be concerned about, so we put our trust in him. It was not misplaced! The crew arrived promptly at eight and began work immediately. They were professional, courteous, and diligent. If a problem arose, [it was discovered that we needed new gutter guards too], Q told us not to worry; he would handle it. He said he had our back, and he did! Tom and I were impressed when he came to our home at the end of the day to personally oversee the job that had been doneâ to make certain that everything was done to the specifications that we had contracted with The Home Doctor. It was. THDâ s crew cleaned up after themselvesâ no stray nails left behind after the extraction of our old roof. Additionally, all tree branches that had been cut down were gathered up and removed as well. Q walked around our house with my husband to ensure that everything was in order. I had my roof and gutters replaced The Home Doctor and could not be happier. Everyone I dealt with could not have been more professional or helpful especially Spencer Ray. The installers were very professional, kept me informed of what they were doing. The roof installers did a great job of cleaning up when the job was finished, so far I have not found one nail. The gutter installers even explained why they had to install the new gutter on the front of the house slightly higher than the old one. The new roof and gutters look outstanding. I would highly recommend The Home Doctor.

I have used Home Doctor to replace all the windows of the house. I just bought it. I requested 3 other quotations from other companies, and Home Doctor came with the best price. I have HOA that is very strict with the requirements, and the Home Doctor (Adela) was very patient and help me all the way until it was approved, which the process took 4 months! The installation crew was very professional, they removed the old windows, and replaced all 9 windows in one day. They left everything very clean which is a plus. One screen needed to be replaced because it was bent, and they replaced it very fast as well with no problem. I had an excellent experience. I truly recommend them.

I have used The Home Doctor twice before for windows installation and new they did high quality work. We had a problem with a couple of windows after the install and after a quick phone call to The Home Doctor they sent someone out to repair them. How a company handles a problem is a key discriminator for me. They fixed the windows quickly and at no cost to me. When it came time to replace our roof I called The Home Doctor and just as before they did an excellent job replacing our old roof shingles with new architectural shingles. They even fixed a couple of issues with our gutters at no additional cost. Now thats service! Highly recommended!

Home Doctor removed and replaced my old roof with architectural shingles. They had to coordinate their work with a different contractor who removed and then reinstalled the solar panels. Home Doctor made the whole process easy. Everyone was extremely professional and the roof looks great.

We just bought our home in April and realized immediately that windows, originally installed when the house was built in 1968, had to be replaced. We had a competitor of the Home Doctor Exterior in first to give us an estimate for replacing 14 windows and adding a storm door and the price seemed a bit high so after speaking with a co-worker about the cost he recommended The Home Doctor Exterior and specifically Quintas McCorkle. We called and Quintas came out two days later and gave us an estimate for very high quality windows and storm door that was significantly less expensive so we ordered the windows and throughout the process we were kept informed about that status of our window order and potential install date. The windows and door were installed this past week and we could not be happier. The installers were professional and thorough and did a beautiful job as well as cleanup. Quintas is an outstanding representative as is the entire team we dealt with. We highly recommend this company if you are in need of home improvement services.

My windows needed to be replaced. I was getting a terrible draft and they were very old. My house was build in the 1980s it was definitely overdue to get them done. The Home Doctor convinced me not to put it off and get it out the way. The process was easy and the delivery of service was prompt. Easy experience starting from the quote to the actual installation. Due to covid-19 there were delays in the ordering of the windows, but once I had the windows installed - it looks like I have a brand new house! The installers were very professional and answered the questions we had. They started on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. Cost wise, very reasonable as well. Definitely would recommend.

The project was reasonably priced and well-executed. This was not our first experience with Home Doctor. As with our roof replacement, it's hard to tell they touched our property; no refuse or unintended marring. We were only left with a neatly installed roof and a well-installed patio door. Quintas McCorkle was true to his word, the projects were well done by courteous tradesmen. A very minor cosmetic defect on our roofing was repaired without a fuss and in a timely manner. Jobs well-done.

The Home Doctor just installed new gutters with leaf guards on my house. They were very quick, gutters look fabulous, price was excellent. I was quoted $7,000.00 by their competitor they cam in at less than half that plus my $7,000.00 quote was for 5 inch gutters they provided 6 inch gutters; so I got better gutters, great quality, fast install, great follow up and all for less than half the price.
