  • Top Quality Contractors Company
Carl and his team were awesome and Patient while we got other bids, they gave me so many options and allowed for me to choose the color and style I wanted with out any pressure. I have waited four years to find just the siding I wanted, Carl gave me some great ideas for gutters and what I could do to upgrade the soffits. We love the results and get daily compliments from neighbors we don’t even know. Carl his Forman Kenny and all the Top Quality Contractor-employees were professional, patient, polite completed their work in a timely fashion and wore their masks all the time! We would highly recommend them. Mary and John G Stevensvill

  • David N Donahue Siding & Windows
Mr. Donahue did an excellent job. Returned my call right away, came when promised, reviewed the job and we agreed on the process and price. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up any materials and the job is excellent
  • Comer & Sons Construction and Home Improvements, Inc
My Business Landmark Insurance in Princess Anne has used Comer Construction for years. We did a remodel to the front of our building they cut front roof off and added the addition. We had to shut our front door for only a 5 business days during this for safety. The job was completed on their part in 2 weeks. I have the time stamp pictures to prove it. They understand how to run a Crew and get the job done in a timely manor. If you have a business that you need work done in a timely manor, this is essential to get the job done and the door reopened if you have to close it. I recently had them re do our board room table with cherry laminate. They picked up the table at 9am returned it completed by 4:30pm. Personally we have used them for years to. My Parents house on a remodeled room, they elevated a ground level room two foot higher after super storm sandy. My Sister just had a Bathroom redone in her 100 year old house not easy but they did it. They have done all of the flooring tile and hardwood in my house, as well as redoing the kitchen they even installed my appliances for me when they installed my counters tops. I also refer them to my business client because I know they will take care of my clients. Again they know how to run a crew. It is a very well managed business team

  • Outside In Construction
I found "Outside In Construction" which was listed on Angie's List. There were no previous reports. I contacted the company, left a message, and was called the next day by Jesse, the son of the father/son business. As I live in CT, we arranged for a time in May where I could come to NH and meet with him to show what I thought was necessary. We met on the date and time arranged. I was immediatly impressed by the people's skills and construction knowledge of the son, who by my estimation, was between 25-30 yrs old. He was very thorough and articulate with his explanation of what he thought should be done and why, taking notes while talking. We parted, and within a day or so, sent me a clear electronic version over the internet as to what we had discussed along with the costs. I had gotten 2 quotes for the work needed and I decided to go with "Outside In Construction" making it clear that the work at the cottage needed to be done before renters arrived in August. Originally, the work was slated for the 2nd week of July, but due to poor weather throughout June and early July, it was delayed. Jesse's crew arrived in the 3rd week of July and were out the next week. The workers were great guys and meticulous about what was being done. All the material was removed, and the grounds were put back to order. We were very happy with the outcome and would have no reservations about using their services in the future

  • Cooper Restoration & Remodeling. LLC
We had Gary Cooper build a 16x20ft trex deck -- he was responsive throughout the entire process -- we changed things during the process like railings, step location and overall size -- and he was easy to work with. He was fair and easy going! The work was completed quickly and Gary was onsite each day

  • Next Level Home Improvements
Work consisted of framing up a triangular area in corner of two rooms removing existing register cover, attaching a length of ducting to extend ducting to floor, installing a heat/air register at top and one close to the floor to assist air flow. Registers are adjustable (able to open and close). Framing was covered with wallboard, taped and finished for us to paint (we wanted to do the painting ourselves). Three of these new ducts were constructed, 2 in the living room and one in the dining room. The work was initiated quickly and completed over the course of several days. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the price was very reasonable. The final cost was the same as the original estimate, with no surprises. David matched the original baseboard molding exactly and the work area was clean when the work was completed. Communication was excellent, as David kept us informed of how the work was progressing. We found David to be friendly and very professional. This remodeling project has indeed improved the air flow and made the downstairs warmer. As the weather has turned colder, we have noticed much less heat stratification. We highly recommend David and Next Level Home Improvements for any projects that require a very good, licensed carpenter who is willing to take the time to listen to his customers
  • Tidewater Construction, LLC
The contractor, Andrew was attentive & sensitive to our loss & very flexible with dealing with our ins co as well as mortgage company as far as disbursement proceeds from the job. He got back to adjuster very quickly with estimate & immediately began working on the project. When he wasn't on site he had a qualified master carpenter on site to supervise all work which was done excellent & all the workers on the job including subcontractors electrician Bill & plumber Bron performed the work & we are so happy with the outcome of the house. The team he had to drywall finished all the drywall for our 2800 sq ft house in one day! Also when we requested or asked for changes they were all expensed so we knew the addl cost & will be looking forward to the completion of these extra items here soon. Also important...Andrew was on target with the move in date which he told us at the beginning what his expectations were for when we could move back into the house. He was also very patient & understanding of the insurance company process with disbursement of funds etc. we enjoyed working with Andrew & also his interior designer is doing an excellent job helping us with the finishing details for design. We very highly recommend Tidewater Construction LLC & will have Andrew & his crew do some addl jobs in the future
