We are fully licensed and insured in both Maryland and Delaware for your protection. Billings are handled on preset drawl schedules or deposit down and balances upon completion. "Bobby Powell has been our trusted, go-to contractor for years. In 2019, he installed a beautiful wall with pocket doors to separate the kitchen and family rooms and also enclosed a screened porch with heat and AC, making it our preferred entertainment area. This latest project involved another wall and room division to create a fourth bedroom and also repairing our deck and replacing the deteriorating railing. The result for both efforts is outstanding. We could not more strongly recommend Mr. Powell's company for contractor services."
