"Very well. David is professional and helpful. He found the siding I was interested in and provided me with a variety of colors. The pricing was very reasonable and was in touch with me about the timing of the project. He did a great job addressing a problem that came up and resolving it. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs siding work done."
"Amazing experience! Tim was great walking my mom and I through through process of siding and gutter replacement. Very quick process and now my home has a wonderful new face-lift! 😀 Heather and Elvin were also very helpful in the project."
"We ended up seeking 4 quotes for a small job, Had lost a few shingle due to recent high winds on a 16 yr old roof. One contractor from Berlin, refused to travel 30 mi to quote unless we guaranteed we were going to contract. Two others looked at the roof, took measurements, but one never gave us a quote, and the other was $8000. .One week later, Spicer Bros installed the roof. Brian Spicer, Kevin (field supervisor) and all the crew were extremely professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! "

"Fantastic roof job. Very careful- we have not found a single nail in our yard, flowerbeds were covered and they were careful not to damage them.. Fast- Erick showed up the day I called for a quote, and then the day of service they were in by 7:30 and out by about 3:30. Very fair price- 3 got three quotes and Erick's was the lowest but offered exact same service. Good- the roof looks great, flashing well done, everything even and smooth. Would definitely recommend them. The only lesson I learned? And this is just an FYI, nothing to do with Canales- If you have stuff in your attic, I recommend covering it with a tarp. The old asphalt roof grit falls in the old nail holes and makes a mess."

From start to finish everyone was very professional, polite, diligent, knowledgeable, and neat and precise in their work. All the teamwork on this large (to us!) project was simply amazing. You have several options you can choose from for climbing plants without damaging your siding. Climbing hydrangea and Carolina jessamine are two options, and jasmine, honeysuckle, and sweet pea are a few others. Look for these climbing plants to add lovely curb appeal and are less likely to cause damage to your siding.
Yes, new stucco siding can increase your home's value and curb appeal, similar to other new siding materials. Homeowners can expect an average return on investment (ROI) of around 70%. For an average stucco installation costing $5,700, this can translate to a value increase of nearly $4,000. The value can be further enhanced by choosing high-end textures or simulating more expensive materials like brick. Stucco is also a durable, fire-resistant, and versatile material that can last 50 years or more, making it an attractive feature for potential buyers, especially in hotter climates where its insulating properties are beneficial.

Dents, rust, loose panels, and weather-related damage are common problems requiring repair.
If you buy new cedar, the process of cutting it usually roughs up the surface enough that it doesn’t require sanding. However, if you buy older cedar or you’re repurposing it from another application, it’s a good idea to sand it. This helps the stain settle into the grain, and results in a more uniform appearance.
