He understood exactly what I wanted to do with the new unit and adding additional zones. He spent the time to explain the pros and cons of each unit and how the design and technology worked with the new features and designs. He even helped explain and clarify issues with other quotes I already had received. I was leaning towards a Carrier unit with another company, but after meeting with Garrett he gained my confidence. I decided to go with the Trane Heatpump unit for my upstairs replacement. I also had them re-configure the upstairs ducting into two zones. Garrett worked to beat the best quote I had.
