I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. "My garage door would not properly open and close, so I checked the list for a reliable service company with a tune up deal.  Chris came out Thursday and checked the door, identifying that it was cracked, causing it to sag in the middle, and the track was warped.  Unfortunately, the bottom two panels were cracked, so a tune up or repair were not possible.  Chris called Andrew who was able to get me a quote on the spot for next day installation.  Tony and Henry came out Friday afternoon and completed the install, ensuring the everything worked properly. They worked quickly and efficiently and let the work site clean of debris and hauled away the old parts.  The price on the door and install was somewhat higher than others I found on-line but the quick turn-around and friendly service even that out.

"Robert arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional.  We have alot of LF of gutters and 12/12 pitch roofs and dormers.  He did the work quickly and cleanly, bagging all of the debris.  Normally, when I do it, the ground looks like a hurricane had been through but with K&R, I couldn't even tell the gutters had been cleaned.  Beautiful!

"Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? I got excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. The new mailbox with a new post is fine."
