They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? "I contacted Metropolitan chimney when we discovered water dripping inside our fireplace.  Oscar was very professional on the phone and arranged to come out to look that afternoon.  He arrived promptly and assessed our chimney.  After 25 years, the concrete crown needed to be replaced.  He also sealed several areas and replaced mortar joints that were cracked/damaged.  After all repairs were completed he applied waterproofing to the entire outside chimney.  After the next rain, we did still have a minor drip.  I called and spoke with Oscar and he was out to our home within 3 hours.  He inspected every brick of the chimney again and repaired a few more possible problem areas.  He did not charge any additional fee for this return trip.  We have had absolutely no problems since the repair and are VERY happy with Metropolitan Chimney and Oscar.  I would really recommend them for anyone that needs chimney or masonry services.
