"The technician showed up on time and proceeded to explain the process for installing the garage door opener.  The initial installation of the garage door went well.  However, upon the completion of the installation the technician proceeded to demonstrate the operation of the door when a malfunction of the garage opener occurred resulting in damage to my new garage door.  The technician immediately notified his supervisor who quickly acknowledged responsibility for this mishap.  I was informed as to the reliability of this particular garage door opener and this unfortunate incident had never occurred in the past. "Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday.
