He understood exactly what I wanted to do with the new unit and adding additional zones. He spent the time to explain the pros and cons of each unit and how the design and technology worked with the new features and designs. He even helped explain and clarify issues with other quotes I already had received. I was leaning towards a Carrier unit with another company, but after meeting with Garrett he gained my confidence.
