Everything went very smoothly. Sam, the plumber, and is highly professional and knowledgeable. He replaced 3 faucets, 2 sink plugs, two valves, and two supply lines. Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. We rarely use this toilet, but it's 35 years old. I felt comfortable speaking with Sam. I did not sense he was doing a sales pitch.

Joseph was extremely quick to respond to my request for an estimate, arriving within the hour and returned to do the work the same day. He was very professional and clearly explained the cost and work that needed to be completed. I highly recommend Outlook Plumbing's services.

Joe isolated the problem and fixed the leak and came back to replace hose bibs, stuck valves and toilet seal. He looked over our plumbing and gave solid advice for upkeep.
