"Rema came out on a Sunday to replace my sump pump. There was a terrible smell coming from the sump pit and the pump was not working. The pit was filling up and the water was near the top. A large squirrel had gotten in and chewed the electrical wires and drowned in the pit. Needless to say the smell was quite awful!! Rema took care of everything. He had a pump available that was better quality than the one I had purchased. He completed the installation of the pump and installed a new back flow valve. He also stabilized the pipe and rerouted the wire to keep it off the floor. I was pleased by the speed at which he arrived. I mad my initial request on Home Advisor at 3 pm and Rema was at my home shortly after 5 pm. I would definitely use his services again.
