"I was lucky enough to have someone refer me to BlueStar Air Mechanical when my AC started acting up. The home warranty company confirmed that it was busted, but their mechanic was unreliable. After contacting a couple of other companies and having high quotes, I contacted Danny at BlueStar. The next morning (on a Saturday, nonetheless) I met Rhandel who quickly gave me a quote to replace my HVAC system (furnace and condenser). Rhandel was very nice and thoroughly explained my options. My home has two HVAC systems, so he also added a quote for the second system (which was on its last legs, too). The systems recommended were upgrades to what I had (increasing 1/2 ton on each system). To accommodate this, BlueStar included extra ductwork for me so that my house could accommodate. We met on a Saturday, agreed on a price on Monday, and everything was installed on a Thursday. They sent two crews and these guys worked hard for 12 hours straight to make sure both units were completed that day. I was very happy with their pricing and service. I have already recommended them to people I know in need of HVAC service. Pros: Pricing, options, promptness, service. Cons: 3% surcharge for credit cards"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Our furnace finally bit the dust after 25 years of faithful service. I had TriState do several small repairs and maintenance on it over the years, and they always did a good job. So, when the last service rep told me it was finally beyond repair, we consulted with Comfort Specialist, Darren, who isn't just a salesman, but previously installed and repaired HVAC systems. He took lots of measurements, inspected the old unit and the runs to the outside and upstairs. He took his time making calculations and offered us several options on a new system. TriState uses Daikin furnaces, which are rated in the top 5 furnaces for dependability and efficiency. The price, I thought, compared to my two other neighbors, who also recently purchased new systems, was even lower than I thought it going to be. In fact, my neighbors paid more (by thousands) and have a smaller square footage footprint than my house. We've had the unit now for over a month, and so far, it's great. It is a one-zone system, yet the upstairs will only vary by one or two degrees. This is much better than the old unit. We're hoping this small variance in temperature will also apply when the AC is on in the summer. The installers were very professional, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use TriState again, and will rely on them whenever I need service."

"Emailed one of the owners after hours on a Saturday and he was able to troubleshoot a problem over the phone without having to dispatch a technician.  Turns out the ez-trap on the drain tube had tripped blanking the thermostat screen.  Unit cooling once more and no charge for the consult ;)  This same business installed the new HVAC unit last year and had the best price going at the time.  I can't complain -- good price, good installation, and now good support when I needed it most."

"Vinh did an excellent and thorough job. He noticed the bathroom sink valves (previously replaced) had one valve knob missing, which he highly recommended replacement of both valves. The removal of old faucet and new kitchen faucet/sink install was hard work but done quite well. Once main water was turned back on, Vinh made sure the new bathroom valves and kitchen faucet had no leak issues. All was done perfectly. Will hire Jiffy again."
