The service person lectured me about not being home when he arrived after I told him in advance when I would be home. He said it was company policy to confirm the day of, which he didn’t do, but blamed that on me as a thinly veiled threat to leave the work incomplete. He needed a part, then took several weeks to schedule the installation, and the problem still wasn’t solved.

Perfect. The vendor came on time and completed the job in under an hour. It was kind of pricey but he took time and care. Bathroom sink is now operable.

The entire experience from scheduling an appointment for the plumber as well as the work itself (installing a new sump pump) went exceptionally well. Sergio the plumber was meticulous in his preparations to ensure a successful outcome and he was more than willing to share information about the work he was performing. He exhibited remarkable professionalism for his craft and a very approachable demeanor. We would enthusiastically and without hesitation ask for him in the future. As for the initial contact with the company and the scheduling of the appointment, Pete Kristiansen, was not only helpful but also accurate in his predictions of a time line for the work being accomplished. Kudos to Jiffy Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for an excellent job from start to finish !

Jiffy was quick to call and schedule appointment. Came quickly and replaced outside faucet which had sprung a major leak and was flooding my basement whenever I turned it on to water the yard. No issues.

Great job by Jiffy. They had to pull a new water line under my townhouse slab foundation to replace the leaking poly water line. Pete Kristiansen, who is very knowledgeable and experienced, knew exactly what needed to be done. Plus it was a fair price. Highly recommend them.

very well. called and scheduled work for following day. Work performed in about 1 hour including clean up. tech was courteous, professional, wore a mask and feet protection. He left no mess.

He fixed the problem that was causing the tub to leak. And now I don't think I will ever have another problem again.

Expectations met.

First thing Tuesday morning, I called Jiffy Plumbing because my shower faucet broke and would not turn off. They said they would send someone that morning and that the person would call in advance. By afternoon, no one had rung or called so I called them. Plumber #1 rang me back and showed up shortly after. However, he could not fix the faucet because he needed a part. I was informed that he (or another plumber) would be back the next day to finish the repairs. The next day (Wednesday), I again received no communications so I rang Jiffy in the afternoon to inquire. Eventually, Plumber #2 and his compatriot showed up. They "fixed" the faucet. I paid them. After they left, I noticed that the faucet was very "jiggly". Apparently, the screw was stripped. It was neither replaced nor was I informed. So...I rang Jiffy again. Thursday, went like the previous days in terms of communication (none). After calling again, they sent Plumber #3 who took a look, conferred with the office, and cited the screw as the issue. BUT, he refused to fix it and indicated that the plumber who caused the issue would need to come back to fix it. I again called Jiffy. They said Plumber #2 would reach back out to me later that day (Thursday). I called Friday morning. It is Saturday and no has yet to call me. Making me wait at home all day for FOUR days in a row without the common courtesy of calling as promised and/or keeping me abreast of progress (even if none) is just frustrating. I will not use them again.

Great. New part was installed in a "jiffy" (pun intended). And we appeared to be charged only for the part (not the labor), but maybe cost of labor was factored into price for part.

The technician arrived on time. He was efficient and courteous. I would definitely recommend.

Vinh did an excellent and thorough job. He noticed the bathroom sink valves (previously replaced) had one valve knob missing, which he highly recommended replacement of both valves. The removal of old faucet and new kitchen faucet/sink install was hard work but done quite well. Once main water was turned back on, Vinh made sure the new bathroom valves and kitchen faucet had no leak issues. All was done perfectly. Will hire Jiffy again.

They were very helpful from the beginning, from the initial phone call to set up a quote to the end of getting the job done. Water line He helped me with my future plans with a new sink idea, made great strides in making his work professionally appeasing with thought out details. He cleaned up the mess he made but only one item he missed. Explained what he did afterwards and what I need to do to when I do my next project phase. Snaking the sink He got all the problem out and prepped it throughly for use. Had no worries after he told me what he did to clean.

I had previously hired a plumber who had "fixed" my clogged toilet by "rebuilding it" only to have it clog again two days later. Not wanting to go through the same experience again, I called Jiffy and they sent Danny. He actually listened to the circumstances and had the toilet working in no time. The were quick, professional, AND I paid a little less than the plumber who hadn't fixed anything and failed to stand by his work.
