RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE, OBNOXIOUS OWNER, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WORKMANSHIP

Run away from this company. Do not hire Brighton Pools or work with Gary Hohne under any circumstances. Mr Hohne is rude and unprofessional and the company does not provide any customer service. Our pool looks worse than it did before the $15,000 resurfacing. Giving 1 star is too much.

Crew showed up early in the morning and worked all day until the project was done! Beautiful replacement of two skimmers in concrete. Kept me informed and cleaned up after. I would not use anyone else. Brighton does excellent work! Highly recommended.

Gary, provided all the details about replacing the liner. His suggestions on type , thickness and even patterns were very useful. The installation crew was highly knowledgeable and experienced. They answered all of my questions. The entire process was payment to installation was very straightforward.

Brighton pools replaced my pool liner. They were efficient, informative and responded quickly to my questions. They even provided me a list of water companies. Their crew did an exceptional job! I highly recommend them! Then I needed my pump replaced and converted to saltwater. The crew that came to do the installation was also exceptional! I will continue to use them for all of my pool needs.

I would like to thank Gary from Brighton Pools for the wonderful work they did. Our liner was torn and needed to be replaced, after numerous calls to other pool companies whom apparently don't do or won't do liner replacements, Brighton Pools provided us a quick estimate, and scheduled our replacement. We called in May and everything was completed in June. They were very professional and prompt. I was very pleased to have gotten Gary's information from my sister in law, who had work done previously. I would highly recommend Brighton Pools for your pool needs.

I needed a new liner for my In ground pool, wanted to shop local. Found Brighton pools and liked their products as opposed to the other local companies. They were very timely through the whole process and always in touch with me. Installation crew was just as efficient and worked with me with a couple issues that we ran into, no stress. Price wise was right there, ya get what you pay for. So glad I went with Brighton Pools, Gary the owner was an ace, thanks Gary!!!

Gary was really responsive during my pool project from initial inquiry to actual delivery. Schedule hold and liner arrived as scheduled. All went well. I would honestly recommend them to your pool project. I am planning to buy Merch cover from them in the fall time of pool closing. I was actually traveling during time of installation. and everything was cleaned up well and pool was sparkling and inviting with new line when I got home. I am really happy with the work quality.

Our experience with Brighton Pools was very positive. The costs were reasonable in comparison to other providers. Additionally, the communication and overall customer service was more than acceptable. I woukd recommend the company for most, if not all, pool renovation needs.
