Great experience start to finish. Estimate was completed the next business day after I called and work was done within a week which even included an edit to the original plan morning of. They were friendly, professional and efficient. The guys went above and beyond to help move pergola that was reason for expanding to a larger patio.

The proprietor of Always Waterproofing was the first contractor to call, the first to show up (the day before New Years Eve), has been beyond compare in professionalism and customer service. He is coming back tomorrow, New Years Eve. He has gone truly above and beyond, pumping out the water in the basement in just a few hours, despite having to move a ton of junk. He was tremendously helpful in getting me a loan to pay for this work when I thought nobody would lend me a dime, living on Social Security as I am, and at a price I can carry. I cannot recommend this company too highly.

Always waterproofing got a sump pump installed for us within a week. They were in and out in 4 hrs.

Everything was great ? my steps and patio looks beautiful ? mr.bob may sure Everything was done on time .the guys who did the work were friendly .they answered any question I asked and we had a couple of laughs ? there are some other things I need and will have that company come back in the spring

Great job, friendly people. No haggling, gave me bottom line first time. Other company started high and kept giving discounts. Nope, thats why they did get the job. Do t waste my time or yours. Always , was honest from beginning. Would definitely recommend.

Always Waterproofing did excellent work from quoting the job to making sure I was satisfied with the end result. Their communication is very good. Make sure you understand grading and if topsoil will be needed to transition any areas if new concrete is being installed.
