Came for routine maintenance and estimate for a humidifier. The customer service was excellent, from scheduling to the job itself. Glad I found them and expect to now be a long term customer.

Jordy Luna is the technician who fixed my condensation drain. He was very professional and experienced. He did a great job! He replaced the entire condensation drain, and it was exceptionally done. The leak on my AC is fixed.

Everyone from Presidential has been friendly and helpful -- great customer service! Glenn came to our home to discuss options to replace our furnace (fuel oil) and AC systems with a heat pump. He immediately understood that we were looking for a heat pump eligible for the new tax credits (unlike another company, who only provided estimates on what they had in stock). He prepared the estimates for 3 different models on site, and he noted that the heat pump eligible for the tax credit would cost about the same as an older model (unlike what the first company told us). We were able to schedule installation quickly, and then the adventures began. Harvey and Andre were here for 12+ hours...because a wire was either never connected at the factory or came loose during shipping. We also had to replace a defective line from our house to the unit. While it was a complicated install (not the fault of Presidential), we rec'd great service from hardworking staff members. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the new HVAC system they installed; and the annual maintenance plan is good. Their techs are helpful, professional, and on-time. The only frustration was their first maintenance visit, they didn't bring a filter because they claimed they didn't know the correct size; on a system that THEY installed. Otherwise I can highly recommend them.

Not satisfied, keep sending technicians and keep finding different root causes for the same problem. Gina from customer service is phenomenal and very responsive, however the service itself from this company is not one I would recommend.

I would not recommend using Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning. In my opinion they are either: (1) Incompetent - unable to properly diagnose a furnace problem or (2) Dishonest - recommending repairs that are not needed I live in a newer townhome with a Carrier HVAC system that is 2 years old. My furnace had shut off so I checked Angi's list and found Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning as a top rated company. I contacted them and they promptly sent our a technician. The technician was professional, friendly and appeared to do a thorough check of my furnace. He diagnosed the problem as a cracked heat exchanger and a failing blower motor. He guessed that even if the parts were covered under warranty, that the labor for repairs would be thousands of dollars and recommended I consider replacing the entire 2 year old furnace with a new one. After he left the only person to follow up with me from Presidential was a sales person looking to sell me a new furnace. No one ever followed up to provide estimates for repairs. Because I did not trust the diagnosis with so many serious issues on 2 year old furnace, I called another HVAC company (Michael & Sons) to get a second opinion. They sent out their tech who also did a thorough inspection and diagnosis of my HVAC system. He found that the blower motor was failing and was the problem, but he did not find any cracks on my heat exchanger and said it was fine. He did not recommend replacing the furnace. He provided me with an estimate on the spot for repairs. I agreed to the repair. They followed up with me to let me know the part was covered under warranty and once it arrived the scheduled the repair that same day. Michael and Sons did an excellent job, repaired it quickly and at a fair price. I never felt that they were trying to overcharge me for things I did not need. I do not plan to ever use Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning again.

I like the tracking and instant messaging of the technician. It made it easy to determine his arrival. Troubleshooting took less than 5 minutes. I had a broken capacitor. I received an Angie's list discount. Total repair was $344.91. I don't know how much a capacitor normally costs as I don't know the exact version I received. I also was in a hurry since it was a hot day and I was going on vacation soon. He also suggested I clean the vents, which I did after he left.

I hired them to replace a gas water heater, furnace, and AC. I had several problems with the job performed by Presidential: 1) my basement flooded 2 hours after the installation because of a mistake in the installation of the furnace. The emergency crew had to come to fix the leak. 2) water heater didn't pass the inspection because the vent is not properly installed. 3) during the inspection I found out that they don't even have the proper license for installing gas water heaters. Avoid dealing with them!

Our old furnace recently failed. Marc came to our house the next day after I called and gave us a very reasonable estimate for replacement. Alex and the team did a good job in installing the new furnace and air conditioner. Many thanks to Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning, we did not have to suffer in the cold for too long.

I installed a new Carrier HVAC system before this summer and have been very pleased with this company. From sales to installation to service, everyone in this company has been wonderful! Glenn gave me excellent pricing and the installation, by Jorge, Simon and Aaron was performed efficiently and neatly with excellent workmanship. Robbin quickly filed the appropriate rebate and warranty forms and when an error code subsequently exhibited, Craig promptly addressed my concern. I strongly recommend this company both for its excellent pricing and all around service. It is truly a pleasure to know that there are still great companies that focus on quality, service and customer satisfaction!

A very professional operation - from the appointment to the installation to the testing and deployment. Glenn is a jovial and knowledgeable gentleman who paid attention to detail and despite being on the business development side of the house, he wasn't trying to just sell me a bunch of stuff or tell me to buy a bigger system than I needed. The appointment system with an advance, en route text notification w/ GPS that includes photos of employees is a smart idea. Installation was smooth, despite a torrential rain storm. Crew consistently wore booties, face masks (due to COVID), went above and beyond to deal w/ unanticipated issues, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. House is almost cold now as the new system works so much better than our older one. Pricing was competitive with others (did my due diligence). Appreciate Presidential's friendly service and would recommend them.

Needing a new HVAC is never fun. I had 4 companies come out to do estimates because of the cost involved. Presidential knew what they were talking about, did't try to upsell items I didn't want or need, and handled themselves like complete pros. The system was replaced in a day. They explained everything thoroughly. They cleaned up beautifully. The AC is working great. In my opinion, they are A++++
