"From the beginning, I could not be happier with Holtzople. Mo did an outstanding job in listening to what I wanted and explaining the different options available that would fulfill my wants and needs. He did not pressure, but made sure I understood the pros and cons of each system form a performance and cost standpoint. Once I decided on a system, he set up a time that worked best for me to have the system installed. Holtzople sent the A team out. Andrew contacted me to let me know they were on the way and once there, Andrew, Dwane and Will discussed any concerns with me before they started. They pulled the old system out, kept the area clean and updated me with the progress and whenever there were any questions. Dwayne found the perfect spot for the return air duct and installed it after getting my agreement. The three of them worked like a well oiled machine and cleaned up after they were done. Andrew and Will walked me through setting up the thermostat app on my phone. They went through the entire system and pointed out the features in the quote, where they were located and how to perform the basics. Overall, I am very happy with the entire process from quote through install."

I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors."

"Our furnace finally bit the dust after 25 years of faithful service. I had TriState do several small repairs and maintenance on it over the years, and they always did a good job. So, when the last service rep told me it was finally beyond repair, we consulted with Comfort Specialist, Darren, who isn't just a salesman, but previously installed and repaired HVAC systems. He took lots of measurements, inspected the old unit and the runs to the outside and upstairs. He took his time making calculations and offered us several options on a new system. TriState uses Daikin furnaces, which are rated in the top 5 furnaces for dependability and efficiency. The price, I thought, compared to my two other neighbors, who also recently purchased new systems, was even lower than I thought it going to be. In fact, my neighbors paid more (by thousands) and have a smaller square footage footprint than my house. We've had the unit now for over a month, and so far, it's great. It is a one-zone system, yet the upstairs will only vary by one or two degrees. This is much better than the old unit. We're hoping this small variance in temperature will also apply when the AC is on in the summer. The installers were very professional, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use TriState again, and will rely on them whenever I need service."
