I am a ( Certified Master Chimney Technician ) with CCP, I am also a ( Certified Chimney Technician ) with the CHIMNEY SAFETY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA , I take pride in customer service , my work , and always being honest ., I worked for a very large chimney firm for 30yrs , before starting my company of 4yrs, I worked my way up from a helper ( with no experience ) to being the general-manager of the largest chimney company on the east-coast / before starting my own company .

It went extremely well. They responded very quickly. The owner told me exactly what they would do. They were very protective of the home and not to damage the floor. They used pictures to show me and included them in the invoice as they were in process of completing the job and once the project was completed for my records. They also followed up to ensure everything was still working well after the project was completed.

Mr. Thomas, Dwight and crew performed the level 2 chimney inspection (only/no sweep requested) and repaired the brick/masonry of the chimney, including repacing the flue liner and repair of the chimney box. They provided literature, kept me highly informed of status, arrival, appointments, and work progress. They also completed a beautiful job on my neighbor's chimney rebuild/replace. The work looks really great and it is apparent that Mr. Thomas, Dwight, and the masonry crew take pride in their workmanship and quality. The job was completed within 2 days and so far, everything is looks fantastic. Waiting for a cool day to crank up the fireplace. They also provided a professional lamination card and pen for reminders of next year's chimney sweep. I only slightly hit the value as I would have loved the inspection price to be part of the repair and the receipt, but overall, great experience, great A+ rating on BBB and both licensed and bonded. Obtained via Angi/home advisor

Richard and his Team (Dwight and Valentine) installed new False Chimney Box on top of roof, new chimney cap, new piping from roof to inside home and new piping connection to furnace and water heater. False Chimney Box purpose for furnace exhaust. Home built in 1959. Excellent workmanship, customer service and price. Team provided pictures during first inspection and when completed.

Richard was extremely responsive, making a trip to the house prior to providing an estimate. His crew showed up on time and worked all day. My job took three days, and they left the house neat and tidy at the end of each day's work. They repaired my fireplace chimney, the fireplace chimney liner, and the utility chimney. Their experience and craftsmanship was on display in the quality of their work. The crew chief, Valentin, was outstanding with great communication and attention to detail. You only want to repair your chimneys once, and if you hire Chimney Discounters, rest assured the job will be done well.

Where do I begin...I cannot thank Mr. Thomas enough for what I feel was and continues to be white glove service that he extended to me as I began my wood stove installation project. I would say that I went into buyers remorse mode at least twice after I approved the estimate that he provided. He PATIENTLY addressed all of my questions and allayed all of my concerns as I HAD to go through my decision-making process for what was a big-ticket purchase for me. His professionalism and his excellent communication style were of paramount importance to my overall comfort to move forward with the project. His staff were very friendly, professional, and wonderful. After the wood stove was installed, my family room floor and hearth were very clean. Whats more, the power washing that I had requested made my bricks look brand new! You will be extremely pleased with the quality of work provided and the level of professionalism extended to you by Mr. Thomas and his staff.
