ABS provided professional services in resolving a problem no one else had accomplished. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and a satisfactory cost. We plan on using their service in the future and would recommend them to others.

It's a family-owned business and I believe it was the daughter who assisted me on that evening and while my car was being worked on, she actually drove me to the mall so that my daughter and I could shop while my car was being repaired and that's why I say the service is excellent. This was my first experience with them.

They are excellent. We've used them for 30 years. They have done just about anything and everything we've had to have done with the car. Their price was $59.98 for the service, not including the price of the battery. And they gave me a senior discount. Compared to what other people say, I think they are probably fairly ordinary in the pricing and they are always giving me a senior discount or something. So I am pleased with the price of everything. They have immediate response. I've used them for 30 years and I'm not changing now.

I had called several places that were a little bit closer to me and they wanted me to wait until the next appointment, I called ABS and not only did they tell me to bring it right in and they would take care of it, they only charged me for the bulb itself. They are very friendly and honest and do great work. ABS is my "go to" place for work on my truck.

I was a walk in early that morning with the intention to leave my car since I did not have an appointment. Greeted upon entry by Mark. I told him I needed my spark plugs changed and brakes redone. I also said I wanted a state inspection and oil change. He said he would have the mechanic work on my vehicle. I received phone calls with updates as to what they found and when my service was completed. I will definitely use them again. I did not need spark plugs or brakes. I trust them and appreciate that they did not charge me for services that I did not need just to make money. I will go back to them for my next oil change and have my spark plugs changed at that time. Extremely professional company.

I had already knew that I had some issues and that I was going to need a good amount of work done in the future. They gave me a written estimate - including break down of parts and labor. Having a pretty tight budget, they let me know what order to have the work completed - what needed to be first and what I could wait a few weeks on. The staff is AMAZING...every single person I encountered smiled and said hello. The shop is clean and the waiting area is comforatble. I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great. The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. ABS professionally reattached the bumper at no charge...without even telling me! I continue to be delighted by their excellent service. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you ABS!!!
