"We used VKB after getting a whole bunch of quotes and estimates and designers, and Sean, our VKB designer was the only one who was able to take our vision and match it with our budget. The stock cabinets they had were much better than any of the other contractor groups, and were a big source of savings. Our project manager, Polo was able to keep us informed every step of the way and even when there was an issue, he kept us up to date on the status. When Home Depot lost our floor delivery, or when the quartz color we had picked was not currently in stock, he worked his best to keep the project moving, and keep us in the loo and able to stay on target. Erci was our “boots on the ground” guy, who was just fantastic. He and his crew were the best group of workers we could have asked for. They were so efficient, and did so much for us that made the flow in the kitchen even better. If we do any other remodel, it will be with these guys because Erci and his crew were that good."

The work is well done and finished very nicely; they were efficient and friendly. Work included framing, drywall, trim, suspended ceiling and painting, plus installation of several electrical outlets and ceiling fixtures."

"HBLLC went about their work in an extremely professional and detailed manner. The work was finished by the date promised. The written homeowner/contractor agreement would make any lawyer proud. The agreement provided a road map for the work that was to be performed; and HBLLC adhered to the letter and the spirit of the agreement. During the course of the work when necessary tasks arose that had not been foreseen; HBLLC immediately issued a change order to the original agreement. HBLLC communicated and kept me informed daily as to what work was completed and what still had to be done. I am loath to heap praise; however I lost count of the times I uttered the word WOW when looking over HBLLC's work."

"After talking to and receiving quotes from 6 contractors we selected BK Contractors (Bret) for our remodel. The project included creating a new home office that needed to be insulated and sound proofed, a home theater, a kid’s playroom, half bath, and craft / arts center. Additionally, the hot water heater needed to be relocated with new plumbing lines run. Bret and his team were very professional and great to work with!!! Starting with the design and contracting process, Bret was easy to work with. He was more than happy to spend as much time as needed to help design the project. Like most people, we had a limited budge. Bret was able to offer options that allowed us to stay within our budge while maximizing our design. As for the contract, Bret’s scope of work and contract was thorough and left no doubt we select the right contractor. Within days of signing the contract Bret had the building permit in order and his guys were hard at work. The framing, electrical and plumbing rough-in were competed within a few weeks. All of his employees are very professional, polite, respect your home as if is it their home. At the end of each day, the work site was swept clean and the trash taken out. Throughout the entire project Bret was ALWAYS available and just a phone call away. I would absolutely recommend BK Contractors and will certainly use him again."

"The WHOLE House project with Sunshine Contracting: Sunshine is the best "big" contractor in the area which gives them the resources to get the material and support services in place in a very timely manner. Yet, they feel like a family owned business that is vested in every client relationship they have. The project manager was in touch by phone, text, or onsite every day. The staff is personable, sincere, and pro-active with their communication. The installation team was frighteningly hard working, efficient, and dedicated. More importantly, the work team engaged us daily, proactively, and consistently. They worked so hard that they inspired me to want to help. Cold water and bad jokes were the best help I could do. The team leader looked young, yet, he had complete command of the products, problem solving, team leadership, and daily engagement with this (solid diy background/thinks he knows things) customer. I have huge respect for him and his team of installers."

"I needed a new deck and repairs to my front walkway and steps. Not only was I quoted a fair price, the work was begun and completed in record time by an amazing crew. Best of all, Sam was a joy to work with (a strange word to use when dealing with contractors but absolutely true)—no high pressure tactics just a willingness to get me through the process as easily as possible. Sam even offered to deal with my HOA if needed. They are a 1-stop shop for any type of work you need done no matter how small. Sam will be the first person I call when I need more work done. "We had a horrendous situation with a basement floor installation that went wrong leaving our house full of fumes, and a week later we discovered our basement was contaminated by asbestos in the process.  When we called Bill and Contractors Unlimited, they were extremely responsive.  Although other companies gave us bids, Bill was able to work his schedule to fit us in weeks sooner than the others.  Although the cost was a bit more, that saved us money because we were displaced and could not even go into our house because of the fumes.  CU set up negative air machines to replace the air, they followed asbestos abatement laws, they cleaned every item that could be salvaged in our house.  They even saved more than we thought which really reduced our overall expense.  Bill and his team were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to ease our stress from this situation.  At the end of their process, Bill arranged for a air quality inspection which we happily passed - able to return home.  I would gladly recommend Contractors Unlimited for asbestos abatement.  I just wish we had called them before the floor guys  created such a disaster.  Thank you Bill!
