"Professional work all the way around. I had an old stone lined 80gal dinosaur water heater that finally retired. They removed it and installed a new a quality Ruud 50 gal. "We were given a complete picture of our basement issues and we relieved that we don't immediately have to do remediation but could deal with the moisture and mold spores by purchasing a more powerful dehumidifier and unit to deal with the spores although we will have to deal with where the water is coming in during heavy rain."
