"I needed an emergency replacement of a hot water heater. Daniel not only came earlier than he was supposed to, he was very informative, polite, and very thorough. He went above and beyond to do the job, snd clean up. Whoever answered the phone when I called this am, squeezed in my appointment, and never did I have to speak to a machine. They texted me when he was on the way, snd showed exactly when he was supposed to. Great friendly customer service- will definitely recommend them to others and use them again! Oh, and the guy that brought him the new heater, came quickly with it and was equally friendly and knowledgeable! Ray Page- Thank you all so very much!"

"Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well. "Justin called be back very quickly. He listened to my problem and said he would take a look. He was at my house an hour later. He was very meticulous in tracking down the problem which ended up being easier on the pocket book then I thought it was going to be. Justin is what every home owner wants in a tech, easy to talk to, he listens and he is very good at his profession. My well pipe has been there since 1988. The cap on the pipe was not a bug proof cap when they installed it. The company that changed out the well pump in 2018 never mentioned it. Justin saw the bugs, recommended a bug proof cap and I agreed. Bottom line he did everything a professional would do. I highly recommend Advanced Well & Home Solutions."
