We were given a complete picture of our basement issues and we relieved that we don't immediately have to do remediation but could deal with the moisture and mold spores by purchasing a more powerful dehumidifier and unit to deal with the spores although we will have to deal with where the water is coming in during heavy rain.

for $50 we had an initial reading done, bought two Aerus Angel Air Scubbing/Purifying units, and now we can breath easily in our home again after a severe mold problem in the home was partly remediated (so far). The service was professional, prompt, and detailed. The products were worth the price for our health.

Asked for a repairman to come to my house. I made it clear that I wasn't interested in buying a new unit. I got two guys with no tools and sales books for Electrolux vacuums in hand. When I pressed them, they told me they could repair my unit, but they would have to disassemble it and have it sent out some where. They were clearly not repairmen. I felt ripped off.

"First of all when it comes to central vacuums the only thing repairable while in the consumers home is a clogged line or something related to the instalation equipment. Secondly there is NO company that can or will repair a central vacuum or portable vacuum right in your home. It is impossible to have a mobile repair unit with parts for the 26 different brands on the market, therefore if it is a problem with the vacuum unit itself it MUST be brought to our repair centers for a FREE estimate for repairing the vacuum unit."
