"The dispatcher was very efficient and kept us informed and confirmed all appointments. Steve made a thorough inspection of the chimney, explained the necessary repairs and gave us an estimate. Before his arrival window, he notified us that traffic was bad and that he'd be near the end of the window, which he was. He went straight to work, making all repairs he had outlined, at all times friendly and professional. We will definitely use them for our chimney/fireplace projects."

"They arrived earlier than expected, which was great, I had several limbs hanging over the wires coming to my house. It was a walnut tree, so the limbs were loaded down with walnuts.
