I tried calling several other companies but they didn't get back to me in a timely manner. Derrick called back within an hour and set up an appointment for the same day. Once he tested the system it was clear that the pump and tank needed to be replaced. He changed the pump that day (Monday) and said he would return at 9:30 on Wednesday to replace the tank. He arrived right on time, replaced the tank, gave me a complete explanation of what had been done and the warranties on the pump, tank, and labor. The only thing I might suggest is that he should discuss the estimated cost of the project prior to doing the work and give a more detailed breakdown on parts and labor. Overall I'm very happy with his work and have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

The pro did an excellent job of fixing my sump pump leak , explaining the cause of the leak and how to prevent future problems with my sump pump.

We had an old water pump in our basement that seized up and created a water emergency. When I called Bergeron Drain Pro and Well Service after 5 pm, my phone call was returned right away and Derrick came to our home to check the situation. Next day the water line had to be pulled out of the well in order to install a new submersible pump. The project was completed within one day, and we had running water by evening. Every step of the the project was thoroughly discussed with us and the work was performed expeditiously. Client service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company!

ASK THE COMPANY ABOUT THEIR HIDDEN FEES. I WAS QUOTED $175 AN HOUR, ONLY. THE SERVICE GUY WAS HERE FOR 1 HOUR AND THE BILL WAS $400. WHEN I QUESTIONED ABOUT IT I WAS TOLD ABOUT THE TRAVELING FEES AND IF THEY USE SPECIAL TOOLS.....REALLY...FOR 1 THEN CHARGE CUSTOMERS HIDDEN FEES. TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT YOUR HIDDEN FEES
