This was for a complete remodel/gutting of a 1950's bathroom, so there were lots of decisions to be made (fully tiled shower, vanity with granite counter top, custom cabinetry, etc.). Joe and Sheena were wonderful to work with during the design phase, providing helpful guidance and suggestions, and were patient with our slow decision making on some things! In addition to providing quality work, all of the subcontractors (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, drywallers, painters, tile setters) were professional, friendly, and very neat (no big messes!). They also worked consistently and pretty much stuck to the timeline; the project was completed in seven weeks instead of five, but to be expected when waiting for inspectors, etc. Overall, we're very pleased with our new bathroom and would definitely recommend this company to others

His crew showed up the very next day and were finished in two days. They were efficient, polite, friendly, on time, and exceedingly proficient at their work. Then my girlfriend who owns the house decided she didn't like the wood trim on the vinyl windows; after one call to Serge, his crew was back the next day and replaced all of the trim at no additional cost. The door also turned out perfectly, especially since the wooden frame was pretty rotted. We could not be happier with their work, in fact we will be using them in the spring to replace a bay window in another house. Great company

Sergie extended the deal price to all of our windows which came to 11 windows. Back in December, we had an Energy Audit to determine the areas we may be losing heat in the house. The windows and the kitchen entry door were the main issues. We told Sergie about the kitchen door and we wanted to replace it. Sergie told us to go to Home Depot and pick out the door, pay for it and he will install it for free. On January 31, Sergie and his 2 workers arrived on the mutually agreed day and began immediately installing the windows. Sergie went to our Home Depot and picked up the kitchen door. The 2 workers were very professional, quick and cleaned with a vacuum cleaner when they finished installing 11 windows and removing the old kitchen door and installing the new kitchen door.. We could not be more pleased with the work and the price. We would highly recommend Alliance Home Improvement! They were thorough, punctual and great to work with

"Everything went well. Dave came to give us a quote pretty quickly after contacting him on Angie's list. He was professional and had material boards to show us what our options were for brand and colors for shingles. All of his marketing material was organized and professional looking as well. He gave us the sales pitch about the products, but also told us to do our research before make any decisions on who to go with. We did the research and in the end we decided to go with his company. There were a few factors that lead us to this decision. Some were his professionalism, the fact that he did the gutters, and not a third-party, and that he took all of the old material away. Dave has his own trucks that he uses to haul away the debris, instead of using a dumpster that my sit in your yard for a few days. His team came first thing in the morning and were pleasant.
