This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. "After Lowe's came to clean the dyer vents at my condo building, my dryer was no longer venting. I contacted them and initially they said they would send someone to check the vent. They then called back and said my vent was never clean because it was disconnected and they could not help me. This was strange because the dryer was working fine before they came. Also, in my trash there was foil tape that you would wrap around the vent. This made me think that they did try to clean the vent despite saying they did nothing. I contacted my management company who said there were never any previous issues with my vent. I called Lowe's back and told them this and they still insisted that they never touched it but would check with the technician. I looked into it my self and found that in the section of the vent between the dryer and the ceiling there was a mass of lint the size of a small animal (see the picture). It was so large that moisture from the dryer had also built up and flooded the bottom of the vent hose. The building manager was then able to clear another mass of lint from the section of the vent in the ceiling and the dryer then started venting to the outside. It was never disconnected like Lowe's said. It seems they started cleaning it and just jammed the dust all the way back to the dryer. Why they didn't finish removing it is a mystery. If they ever service my building again, I will refuse."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
