David was super helpful in looking at my Trane furnace and making all of the recommended adjustments. I especially appreciated the timexhextook to assess the health of the heater and suggestions for making some changes to get cleaner air. Also what to expect in the next few years. They responded very quickly, provided three alternate bids with in two days and were on the job 3 work days later. They snet an extra crew to make sure the airconditioner was installed before the weekend of over 100 degree weather.

Rick replaced my HVAC system. The process was seamless. We scheduled an appointment to inspect the existing system, and the available options were openly discussed. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. There was no pressure to choose one system over another. In comparing his estimate to other companies, I found that I'd saved a lot of money. We discovered an incompatibility between the new equipment and the yet to be installed alarm system. Rick worked closely with the alarm company to make to marry the two systems. We gave the go ahead and the new system was installed in a day. The installation crew was polite and professional and so very careful to clean up afterwards. Thank you, Bragg Home Services. The owner, Rick, his field crew (Lonnie, Jeremiah and Vince) are office staff are diligent and considerate, and a pleasure to deal with. They left my home as clean as they found it. The installers were very sweet and professional. But I donâ t think I was made completely aware of how the exterior installation would look. The last 4 or 5 feet of the white pipeline are not covered and it looks unfinished and messy.

Went above & beyond in service. Got the Furnace replaced, brought space heaters for the occupants, Got it done quickly & left no mess. Redid the duct work and worked well with the occupant. Thought this type of service did not exist anymore. Was pleased how quickly Furnace was replaced .

Good folks. The job, replacing a gas water heater, turned out to be more complicated than was anticipated. They were flexible and adapted quickly to the situation, The results are excellent. 5 stars. As far as "value," hey, everything is expensive these days.
