Hurley came an hour after we connected by phone for a diagnostic visit and ended up fixing our system on the spot. Terry was extra professional and neat, putting booties on his shoes to come inside. And he explained things better and more clearly than previous repair companies we used.

Cary responded very quickly to my request and came out the next day. He was very thorough and efficient in rooting out the problem and was able to fix our a/c unit within the hour. And gave excellent pointers as well as recommendations for better energy efficient cooling/heating systems for our entire house. Will definitely go back to him in the future.

It went very well. Showed up in a timely manner. Was very professional. He not only fixed the problem, but made some adjustments which resulted in a lower energy bill. I think the furnace is even quieter than it was before. All in all, it was a very good experience.
