Work was started as soon as weather permitted. All seems fine, and the installer seemed very proud of his crew's work.

10am appointment 8/11/2017 was a no show. It is not 1pm. No one called to alert or advise

Wow...these guys did 1600 sf of roof in 1 day -- 7 AM start, 6 PM finish. And, if you didn't know we had our roof done, you wouldn't have known anyone had been there at all -- great cleanup. Very impressive work.

It was okay. I would use them again in future.

CMV was very thorough and took care when scaling the roof, using old foam cushions to protect the shingles. They replaced several missing shingles and caulked around the chimney, and showed me digital before & after pictures taken on a smartphone.

Very professional service. This business seems to have an office where calls were answered by a professional staff. It took a while to get a date to start work as it seems CMV Contracting is very popular. Work was scheduled to begin on a Tuesday and we were contacted to let us know they could begin a day early. Owner was on site with four workers. Very pleasant owner who answered all question and concerns. Entire house roof was replaced and work was completed in one day. We would definitely hire this company again. We highly recommend them.

they were great, I couldn't afford to have it fixed and did it myself but they went above and beyond by hanging tarps until i could.

The crew arrived on time and competed the job in one day. In the process of doing their work they played their ladders against my almost new gutter guard system for my gutters. That resulted in damage to the gutter guards. The owner said he would make it right. After some days of back and forth with the gutter guard installer, Angies list call-in number and the roofer the gutter guard was replaced at the expense of the roofer.

They came one morning and had it done by noon, I believe- They were efficient and careful of my property. They had to replace roof shingles and the side band on the house. They were quick and efficient and professional.

e pointed out the shingle that had the mold and took a picture of it with his mini ipad.The inspection went well. The contractor gave the roof a clean bill of health. He found a tiny bit of mold and advised a very reasonable way to take care of it. Advised us NOT to ever power wash the roof. While he was on the ladder he did us an extra favor and changed the security light bulb for us. He was prompt, courteous and I loved the extra service with a photograph of the "mini" issue. Great way to show us. I will definitely use again. With tough winters and extra snow on the roof, it was a great "deal" to check the roof especially as a preventative from leaking. Better to have prevention than a big issue later. This was an Angie's List deal for $99. Can't beat it I will definitely used CMD again. .

The overall interaction with CMV was far superior to other vendors with whom I've attempted to engage for this service. From the initial phone call with their office staff to the home visit by the filed service manager, everything went exceptionally well. They are customer friendly alerting me to the Angie's List roof assessment deal (the other vendors did not...) and honored the deal even though it expired the day before the scheduled visit. They replaced the facia, inspected the roof, and replaced and secured shingles that had come loose. The bonus - they cleaned my gutters at no cost! With regard to the assessment of the roof condition; I received honest straight forward feedback complete with pictures showing the condition of the roof and root cause as to why the roof was in this condition. My overall assessment of their service - Honest, customer focused, quality driven service providers. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

The technician was professional and on time. He performed an external fix to some calking on the vents which had been creating an issue with condensation in the crawl space. The only negative comment I have is that I made it clear I was not looking to purchase a new roof, but the tech kept bringing this up and how it could be financed, etc. I had to tell him 3 times I was not getting a new roof. I understand that he was just doing his job and probably following his management's direction to get business. Overall, outside of that, he was excellent.

Brian arrived promptly as scheduled and asked to see areas of concern visible in the house. After checking out water damage visible inside, he headed out to the roof where he fixed and caulked popped nails and open spots on chimney flashing and ridge vents. He returned with photos of problem areas on his tablet, and used those to explain trouble spots. He then was able to go through an itemized proposal that gave me reasonable options. Consequently, we agreed that we would contract to replace a missing chimney hat ($620 estimate) but hold off on replacing chimney flashing or ridge vents as current problems could've been due to an unusually tough winter and may have been resolved by the caulking. I was very impressed that Brian went above and beyond to clean out our gutters. I didn't request or expect this, and was very grateful as the gutters are extremely difficult to reach on our high, steep roof. Overall, I have great respect for CMV Contracting and will definitely call on them for all future roofing needs.

Kept every promise they made and were efficient in every sense of the word. After they were done there was pretty much no sign they had ever been there, except, of course, for the new and beautiful roof. Professionals all the way!

They did an excellent job. No problems with what they did.

I have a leak in my bathroom over the shower area. He came to my home and said he could fix the leak. The leak is still there and my ceiling is about to fall in. They were supposed to come out last Friday at 10 am and no one showed up or called me. They have not returned my messages and I only get the answering machine when I call.

The fellow was very pleasant and did a good job of explaining what he saw in the way of issues related to ice dam formation, using his tablet with which he's taken photos of the problematic roof areas. He caulked around loose flashing and my skylights and checked the condition of my shingles. The ice dam issue was related to the roof structure. The contractor proposed a solution which would cost about $2000 (for 2-3 square feet of work), which I declined to pursue, as it would affect the appearance of the home and was very costly.

I was told that my ridge vent was missing on my roof, I called Robert and asked him to do an estimate. He came the next day, and fixed the problem. He did not charge for this service, just asked if I would refer or use him again, I would!

I was not there for the inspection, but I talked to the contractor on the phone after the inspection and he was very clear and thorough. He told me what kind of shape the roof was in, told me about the few repairs he made and suggested a long term plan for roof care. He did not try to sell me on anything. It was a good experience.

I had suspicions about needing a new roof. The provider showed me where moisture was coming through the present roof and causing leaks. He repaired some minor leaks but suggested we need a new roof. He provided an estimate for a new roof.
