"Reading the other reviews I'm a bit horrified and thinking about going up and checking by myself, though the roof is pretty steep so I rather live... but we had overall great experience. Quick appointment, believable explanations and the price seemed to be right (we didn't bring anyone else to quote, so cannot state if for 100%). The roof itself seemed to be reasonable, but then we added the chimney cap and that was quoted at $1500 and then lowered to $1200. Is that the right price - I do not know, but since they were already on the roof I assumed asking them is easier than looking for new contractor. The dumpster was left couple of days over - which made our life a bit difficult since it was taking our drive-way, but it was promptly removed upon request. Honestly - I'm very happy with the job and I think I will call them again if I had another roof. One more thing - read very carefully the financing agreement if you financing. I read it and we decided to opt out of it and just pay by credit card. Pretty scary."

"Dylan was responsive, fast, courteous and professional. He came out quickly to perform a no cost estimate for the roof cleaning job. I had a lot of moss growing on the roof. He provided me with a reasonable price and was able to perform the work the next day. He communicated throughout and provided a sketch of the roof and itemized the work to be performed. "Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."
