"Solar panel installation on roof of home went very well. Scheduled in May, install occurred in mid-August. SunBug was not the cheapest option, but very professional & prompt in communicating the details and coordinating the necessary paperwork with the electrical company. The installers worked quickly and did a fantastic job. I was nervous about having them work with the electrical system in a new home, but they were able to integrate with the circuit breaker with no issues and worked with me to make the necessary installed equipment (switch, meter, conduit down to roof, inverter, etc...) as unobtrusive as possible. We had a small wrinkle with their ability to install on a low-pitch dormer, but it was resolved after about a day, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Solar panels are generating about as much power as advertised, and though it has only been a few months there have been no hardware issues so far."

"My solar inverter stopped working in my existing solar system, and since my original installer went out of business, I had a hard time finding someone to replace the inverter provided by SolarEdge. It was a small job, and most large companies weren’t interested, while those willing to help were booked out for at least a couple of months. I contacted Justin, and he replaced the inverter within just a few days. He was very friendly, efficient, and offered a very reasonable price. Justin was also extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process. He arrived on time, completed the work neatly, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. "I had solar panels installed by SunPower's subcontractor Hooked on Solar in 2020. In 2023 some of the panels were damaged by an electrical outage and surge. It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."

"A family of raccoons took up residence under our solar panels and caused significant damage to our roof. I initially tried to arrange a solar panel inspection with the company that installed them for us, but felt like I was being given the runaround when it came to quoting and scheduling the work, so I gave up and decided to take a flier on Green Sun Energy, and I'm glad I did - they quoted the work, we booked an appointment a few days later, then they did (as best as I can tell) a thorough inspection of the system. I intend to hire GSE again for related mitigation work later this summer and would highly recommend them to others who may require their services."

"In-home generator which came with the house. They rolled a truck for a flat fee - no problem. The issue was the unit was out of oil (had no idea - no manual came with the unit). They had a crew of 4 guys standing around looking at the unit for 30 mins and ended up charged me twice as much as the truck fee just to replace some oil. I wont be hiring them again. If they were "forgiving" of such a simple mistake, I would have agreed to a service contract. Too bad."

They were prompt in getting me information on the design and pricing, which was very competitive. They took care of all applications with the utility and state, as well as permitting with the town. My panels look great and we have had no issues with the SunPower panels or the SolarEdge inverter. In the first year of installation, my total electric cost was $55 ... For the year! I would highly reccommend this product from BlueSel Home Solar!"
