"Given the experience with the roof repair (reviewed herein), I contacted Abalia for help in completing a project I had started: screening in the open front porch to our log cabin. As the entire cabin is constructed of cedar logs, no straight edges, walls, etc. Screening in openings was straight forward (I did most of this), but the porch needed to be segmented (screened-in area, open area) requiring a wall and door to be constructed. Khaled arrived with all the necessary tools (which I did not have), and in short order (4 hours) had constructed the porch divider wall. Very happy with the end product, as we just completed our first warm season with no bugs on the porch!"

"I had a serious leaks after there was torrential 8" rainfall in August 2018. Chris Souza and his work partner took out their ladder and found/plugged the cracks and stop the leaks. I had to wait a few months to be sure before giving my review. Chris was honest and admitted that I definitely need a new roof. I am well aware, since my roof was already old when I bought my home almost eleven years ago. I will contact him soon to install a new roof. Thanks, Chris."

We called a few contractors to get estimates, John called us back in a timely manner while the others either didn't call back or waited a week or longer. We looked at that as to say US Home Improvement is serious about their business and about our time. John and his son both came to speak with us and give an estimate. John knows his stuff and his knowledge and confidence put us at ease. When they started work, they started when they said they would and finished in a week. They worked Saturday and Sunday! We added a few extras to our plans, an extra outdoor light, new front door with more "presence" and we asked them to "do something with the ugly deck pillars" We didn't know what could be done but, they did. Our front door and deck look great. John was always available to take calls and answer questions. Again we are thrilled with the workmanship and any other aspect you could think of.
