He explained that the tiles and adhesives covering the hidden oak underneath contained asbestos and walked me through the alternative and all the benefits of a floating vinyl plank floor. He is a rare breed - the ultimate gentleman, kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. He is an excellent communicator and very eager to provide you with the best possible experience. He and Rick, a member of the Luxe team, have created a beautiful thing. Rick's attention to the finishing details is outstanding. Did I mention neat and clean? All the leftover stock, packaging, and debris was taken away. The only thing left behind was a lovely new floor. They are flooring "SuperStars" - definitely deserving a 10 star rating if it were possible. I will definitely call Max for any future floor refinishing projects."
