New or Failing System we perform perk and have Design Engineers we work with your particular project. Demolition of any Building and removal of debris. We do not perform septic pump outs.

"Addendum to my last review: When the septic pump failed, we discovered how many corners were cut. Instead of a septic pump, a sump pump (for rainwater) was installed with the 1½ inch pipe joined to a 2 inch pipe to make it look like it was supposed to. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."

We will come out and meet with you to discuss your ideas. Once we do this a detailed estimate will be emailed to you. A full contract will be prepared with a payment plan once you decide to go with DCR Building & Remodeling.

"The project went very well and we were extremely pleased with the quality of work done by DCR Building and Remodeling. Dave was always available to answer our questions and the project was done on time and budget. The installation of the handicapped accessible bathroom was especially challenging. There were 5 doorways including the bathroom entering to the same hall and everyone of them had a different height floor. Dave and his crew did a fantastic job of leveling all the floors so the Wedi waterproof flooring in the bathroom worked properly. It is obvious from their work that they are highly skilled and very detailed oriented. I would hire DCR again without hesitation."
