My only regret is I can’t give them more stars. The level of professionalism and the quality of their work is really three steps above everyone else.

I was a long time customer of another well company and when I told them my pump was broken and had no water to my home they told me to change the filter and refused to come take a look at it. I was dumb founded and remembered seeing a Clear Water truck in my neighborhood several days prior. When I called them and explained my situation they simply could not have been kinder and more responsive. Leisa, who answered my call, immediately got in touch with the owner Paul. He clearly explained my options and even though they were busy, he had his men out to my home THE NEXT MORNING! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional - diagnosed my problem and had a new pump installed within a couple of hours. I am an owner of a small business and I pride myself on doing whatever I can to take care of my customers and I have to say that Clear Water Pump and Well are exactly that same type of company! I wish I had found this company years ago. If you don't call Clear Water Pump and Well Service to handle your needs then you are making a big mistake! They are simply the best hands down! Incredibly knowledgeable and efficient.

This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend.

My well water stopped running in the evening. Paul was very kind to troubleshoot with me in case we could solve the problem. He did send out 2 men early the next morning. I was very impressed- they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it immediately, all within 2 hours. They all made what was a stressful situation for me, immediately better and do the well repair immediately. I would absolutely call them again! Thank you!

My house had no water coming out of our faucets so I did some research and found Clear water and pump well service I called spoke to a nice ladyon the phone she made a appointment for the next day ,when the came and they told me it was the well water pump needed to replaced so they fixed it plus they also said needed to replace the well tank in the house and they fixed that too,. I highly recommend Clear Water and Pump &Well.

From customer service to installation I couldn’t be happier. My house was built in 1745 so I was concerned with having an old basement. I needn’t have worried. Very professional. Answered all my questions in detail. If you need a water filtration system I wouldn’t hesitate calling clear water pump and well services.

Clean Water Pump and Well Service was very responsive when I had no water. They even tried to guide me through solving the problem using Facetime over the phone. They are experts at what they do. I highly recommend them.

The repair to the expansion tank was done same day, the repairman was fabulous. Educated me on the system and completed the repair promptly and correctly. Outstanding service experience all around.

I can not say enough about how great everybody was. Had lost water during a snowstorm. Called at 10 pm and got a real human being, Paul. Walked me through what he would need for the next day. By 8 am they called and put me first on their list. The service person rich came with his associate and diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump all with a foot of snow on the ground. These guys were the best! Not only did they have the best price they were honest and did a fantastic job. We have had the system in place for 2 years.. Service has been excellent.. They are fast to respond to text or calls, will walk you through the process and show up when they say they will. The system have helped a great deal with the water quality in our house. We were worried about a soapy feel to the water and I am pleased to say that the water quality is excellent. HIGHLY recommended..

We reached out to Clearwater and got an immediate response. Right off the bat the professionalism we received was above and beyond what was expected. Within days a couple of guys were sent out to install a softener and filtration system. Before that even happened everything was explained thoroughly and in detail to us as to how the system would work and the process of which would take place. Everyone we spoke with was extremely polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Clearwater Pump & Well for any of your well or filtration needs. By far the easiest and most pleasant transaction with contractors that I have come across during the process of updating our home.

They are professional and courteous. Rather than try to upsell, they first diagnosed the problem and answered al questions. Work and producrs were high quality. They were mindful of not damaging grass and had us up and running in short order. Prices are reasonable and would call them again .....would recommend them!

Dave and Paul of Clear Water Pump & Well Service, Inc. were here less than 15 minutes and the issue was found to be a bad pump, with tree roots growing around it. Within a short time they installed a new pump and I could not be more happy. They were both courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, and happily answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company! Great customer experience.

It was exactly what was need and resolved our issues without having to frack our well, which other companies tried to persuade us to do. They are the most professional company I've worked with. Prior to hiring Clear Water, we tried to obtain service from at least 3 other well companies. In each case, they did not follow through and one even started, left and never came back. All tried to sell us more than what was ultimately needed. David and his team were extremely knowledgeable and delivered a solution that addressed our needs. Very professional, no hard sell of things we did not need. The were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

It was a challenging well site but they guys at Clear Water knew just what to do. Very professional and great people to work with. David and his team are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. They have gone above and beyond to make the well process fast and efficient. Strongly recommend theses guys if you are looking to be treated right.

Great! They dropped the pump lower and increased the horsepower. Also upgraded to a variable speed pump.
