We have NEVER seen any septic company be unwilling to access our septic tank! This company will NOT lift a finger to access the areas needing pumping beyond lifting the lid. They refuse to dig 2" of soil to uncover the septic cover. If the lid is large and too heavy they will simply walk away. After we moved the lid they came back to do the job and charged us a second time for a visit. Do NOT hire this company if you require anything beyond the most simple job.

He has a good sense of humor and easy to deal with it. I can always call and set up an appointment and he's always here on time. He's clean and neat.
