+ -1 moreAddendum to my last review: When the septic pump failed, we discovered how many corners were cut. Instead of a septic pump, a sump pump (for rainwater) was installed with the 1½ inch pipe joined to a 2 inch pipe to make it look like it was supposed to. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy.

+ -1 moreSeptic tanks were left exposed, site was a mess, and vent pipe was not at the required height. We talked with him a month before we anticipated water connection, so he knew our timelines. We attempted to contact him every day for a week to schedule final inspection after water was connected, but got no response. It took two emails from the city for him to sign the certificate of compliance.
