Calling their number, it was very easy to setup and schedule.   They arrived on the date they had scheduled with me, and was able to let us know in advance the cost so we could leave payment for them.   No issues, no mess and no problem.    We will certainly use them again in the future.

The driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He performed the task quickly and was willing to answer my questions. I will definitely use Bancroft again when it is time to have the septic tank pumped.

Excellent phone response on first call. Provided lots of details, very professional and friendly!!! Scheduling was easy and they arrived promptly on the day they were expected....no specific time guaranteed but you can call the night before or morning of to get an approximation..and if not present then can leave check on door for them.
Wayne was very neat and the septic service was done quickly and clean up was superb. This was our fist time using Bancroft (we switched because our former provider had some personnel changes and the new woman was unprofessional and rude) and wish we had found them sooner. Would strongly recommend... both Dolly and Wayne were great to deal with.

I was on the phone with the business and the truck was here within an hour. I believe it's a husband wife business, very friendly and very helpful. I asked questions for about 15-20 minutes regarding care and feeding of a septic system run off of a well as I have lived here two years and only had town water and sewage before. Nicest people I could hope for, trying really, really hard for your business so I say give it to them.. I will definitely have them on my speed dial.
