He showed up when he said he would and was efficient, meticulous and quick in getting the jobs complete. He never ask for payment until job was finished and even then, he done a walk through. During the walk through he was thorough in finishing last minute tasks even changing light bulbs for us! We will definitely use Jason again!"

"Breathsafe did a wonderful job with installation! They worked fast and in some yucky weather too get our right on mitigation system installed! They are very fairly priced and you can tell that they don’t make it a goal to profit off of customers, but rather just make a living. VERY kid friendly couple, Lances wife played hide and seek with my 4 year old. 😂 I would bring them back for any project they are qualified to complete!!"

"USA Insulation has: -Damaged my siding -Damaged my ceiling -Damaged my wall -Broken an electrical outlet -Not completed the service after three attempts -Not effectively negotiated a settlement -Not trained its workers effectively such that they: measure stud spaces improperly, drill holes into joist spaces instead of stud spaces, improperly mix the foam, leave gaps in siding when cleaning up, leave nails in my driveway and around my house. -I have had to take off work to supervise the work -I have had to take time out of my family life to get what I paid for -I have not benefited from the energy savings since I paid for the services earlier last year because many of my cavities are still empty"

"This is only a limited summary. Buyer, especially seniors, BEWARE! Average product, but very poor installation quality and workmanship. BCI-BathPlanet of Indianapolis arrived an hour late without calling, and no return calls from the office, sales rep., or service manager. They damaged three areas of an adjoining wall into another room using a Sawzall. And, they left without telling me. I had to cleanup the paint and drywall debris. The next day they arrived, and I showed they the damage. They admitted they damaged the wall using the Sawzall. I withheld $500 of my payment. It should have been at least $4,000. They promised the following business day, a Monday, they would have someone call to make the repair that day, but they did not show and did not call. When I called their Customer Service, BCI-BathPlanet would not return my calls total of about 20 times. I had to stop by their office twice but they claimed "there was nothing they could do" to make the service manager return calls. They refused to have the owner call me. Our sales rep. used deceptive sales practices by claiming to be a part-owner. The office told me he was not a part owner. When I visited the office they said I could only talk with the service manager. Shower shelves fell off the walls. Caulking was very poor. After almost three months they finally attempted to make some initial repairs. So.e were satisfactory, but others were so bad I had them remove parts of the decorative trim because they said "it was the best they could do"."
